We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Expansion Manager to lead our market entry in Sri Lanka 🇱🇰

This role involves localizing our platform, forging key partnerships, and building strategies to onboard sellers while addressing market-specific challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

*👉 Platform Localization:
- Translate and adapt the platform into Sinhala, ensuring cultural relevance and usability.*

*👉 Strategic Partnerships
- Develop partnerships with local delivery services via API integrations to enhance logistics capabilities.
- Collaborate with local fintech providers to simplify commission payments and product transactions.*

*👉Marketing Campaigns
- Manage influencer collaborations on platforms like Telegram and YouTube to promote our platform.
- Design and execute physical onboarding campaigns, including distributing flyers, hosting community presentations, onboarding existing businesses, and sponsoring local events.*

*👉Market Research
- Identify key barriers to seller onboarding (technical, cultural, pricing) and propose solutions.
- Research successful strategies from platforms like WeChat and develop scalable approaches to grow seller adoption.*

*👉 Feature Exploration
- Assess the feasibility of introducing a feature to connect couriers with product delivery services directly on the platform*.

What We’re Looking For:

- Fluency in Sinhala and deep knowledge of the local e-commerce market
- Experience in market expansion, localization, or partnerships.
- Strong communication and project management skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Genuine love for Telegram & TON.
