A kangaroo court could also develop when the
structure and operation of the forum result in
an inferior brand of adjudication. A common
example of this is when institutional disputants
("repeat players") have excessive and unfair
structural advantages over individual
disputants ("one-shot players").

A few final thoughts for the day and night:

Today was a travel day for Allie and me as I wanted to spend some time with dear friends in Atlanta who I love and also breathe some life into my house at Greenview.

Allie and I miss the puppies. If God is willing, we will see them soon.

I enjoy my few travel days as I get a glimpse of the world outside of Tomotley.

I have to admit that those glimpses are painful as I see a world around me of people wrapped up in themselves and not focused on their eternity.

Atlanta has become a city of high-rise apartment buildings surrounding the neighborhoods of the rich and elite.

The rich and elite do not live in the south side of Atlanta.

My Greenview house in Atlanta is in Buckhead - central Atlanta. That part of Atlanta that is comprised of the homes of the rich and elite. My house is modest even though it is in close proximity to the mansion of GA Gov. Brian “Wimpy Commie” Kempy. I kinda feel that I am surrounded by the devil!!!

Be that as it may. Greenview is a house in which God allowed and allows me to live temporarily and experience many happy memories.

I believe Tomotley is now my home in earth until I go to my eternal home in heaven.

Who knows???

Only God.

His will be done, not mine.

Jesus Christ is God.

Time for rest.

Again.

I had a busy afternoon and night talking to guests at The Inn At Cotton Hall and Tomotley who are here for the #FightBack rally!!!

I am especially blessed that my sister Linda and her husband Charles are here to support me. I love Linda so much. And I love Charles too.

Several other guests were here to spend time with me. I was blessed by the presence of each one of them.

Now I am off to bed for rest. I have to give a speech tomorrow.

I will pray tomorrow that God will tell me what to say and how to say it.

I trust God.

Jesus Christ is God.

I remember well the number of years (almost 10) I spent representing Phoebe Putney Hospital and Health Care System of Albany, GA and its CEO, Joel Wernick.

Joel loved me, loved me, loved me until 2020 when he stopped loving me and talking with me.

I know more about Phoebe Putney and Joel Wernick now than I knew then.
