I just don’t get it

I bought a new shirt, I got one of my favorite snacks, I left the toxic people I had by my side, I have my kind people around, my dear friends are coming to visit me, I bought a new wallet which I fw so bad and my life is more quiet now so why don’t I feel satisfied yet, why do I feel hungry, why do I feel poisoned, why don’t I feel loved, why do I feel lonely, why do I feel empty, why do I still feel the loud noises crashing my ear and mind?
