**Winter: A Season of Social Responsibility

Afghanistan stands among the nations where winters can be harsh, particularly for those lacking essential life provisions. Many families face unparalleled challenges during the days and nights of winter due to poverty and economic hardships.

The scarcity of fuel, food, and winter clothing poses significant threats to the lives of the underprivileged in cold regions. Assistance to the impoverished is not merely a humane act but also a religious, ethical, and societal obligation for every individual.

Extending support to the less fortunate is incumbent upon all of us. This predicament cannot be resolved solely through governmental and institutional endeavors. Until we unite and extend our hands to aid the destitute, this issue will persist. If each financially capable person allocates a fraction of their resources to assist those in need during winter, a ray of hope can be kindled towards alleviating their struggles.

The Holy Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) proclaimed: “The Most Merciful Lord shall show mercy to those who exhibit compassion.” This divine recompense aligns with human actions. The Prophet, peace be upon him, enjoined the display of mercy towards all creatures on Earth, be they humans, animals, or birds, promising that Allah Almighty will shower mercy from the heavens in return.

We must also consider the plight of animals and birds during these cold days, as they struggle to find sustenance in regions blanketed by heavy snow.

It is our religious, humane, and societal obligation to extend special care to those requiring assistance during these challenging times. Each small gesture, every form of aid, and every institution has the potential to save a life and bring about significant change with minimal effort. If we all fulfill our duties, winter will cease to be a season of suffering and adversity, transforming instead into a period of collaboration, kindness, humanity, brotherhood, unity, and joy.

سربازان کشور، بزرگترین مدافعان نظام اسلامی!

در این روزها که هوای کشور -خصوصا در اطراف شمال- بسیار سرد است؛ در بعضی مناطق برف و در بعضی دیگر باران رحمت الهی سرازیر است، هر شخصی سعی می‌کند تا کارهای بیرونی خود را زودتر انجام بدهد سپس برای شب زودتر به خانه برگردد. همچنان از ترس سردی -غیر از ضرورت- کسی جای دیگری به سفر نمی‌رود.

اما این تنها سربازان کشور هستند که برای حفاظت نظام کنونی و برای آرامی و امنیت مردم، شب و روز در هوای سرد و بارانی در چیک‌پاینت‌ها، صحراها، کوه‌ها و سر مرزها پهره‌داری می‌کنند.

سربازان اسلام به‌خاطر آرامش مردم، آرامش خود را فدا کرده و روزهای سختی را سپری می‌کنند.
اگر امروز نظام اسلامی در افغانستان حاکم است، این از برکت وجود سربازان فداکار اسلام است.

رسول الله -صلی الله علیه وسلم- فرمودند: يک شبانه‌روز نگهبانی در راه الله از روزه گرفتن و شب‌زنده‌داری يک ماه بهتر است. اگر بر اين حالت به‌ميرد، ثواب اعمالی که در دوران حياتش انجام می‌داده است، همچنان به او می‌رسد و به او روزی داده می‌شود (مانند شهدا) و از فتنه‌ی قبر در امان می‌ماند.
رباط و پهره‌داری از سرحدات کشور اسلامی کار سختی است؛ اما پاداش بزرگی دارد؛ پس ای مردم عزیز! قدر سربازان خود را بدانید که برای حفاظت جان و مال شما از خانه‌های خود دور هستند و شب‌ و روز خود را در سنگرها سپری می‌کنند.

سربازان فداکار نظام اسلامی بر سر ما بیشتر از دیگر مسئولین حق دارند؛ برخورد بد با سربازان، مانند برخورد بد با نظام است؛ لذا سعی کنیم تا رفتار غیر اخلاقی با آن‌ها نداشته باشیم که خداوند متعال از ما این آرامش و نعمت را می‌گیرد.

سربازی يک وظیفهٔ متواضعانه و خالی از غرور است. سربازان اسلام خادمان واقعی اسلام هستند. حفاظت وطن مرتبط با چشمان سربازان اسلام است؛ اگر سربازان اسلام وظیفهٔ خود را به طور احسن انجام بدهند، تمام امورات کشور به طور احسن انجام می‌شود.
درست است که «سربازی» درجه و مقام پایینی در دنیا دارد؛ اما نزد خداوند متعال درجات سربازان اسلام بسیار بلند است.

**The Eternal Spirit of the Ummah Lives on Through the Martyrdom of Its Heroes

Martyrdom is a divine gift bestowed upon select servants by the Almighty. For a Mujahid entering the realm of Jihad, martyrdom stands as the ultimate objective, a joy understood solely by those who have given their lives and possessions in the path of the Almighty.

The Ummah of Muhammad (peace be upon him) does not perish with the martyrdom of its valiant men, for the noble companions (may God be pleased with them all) and the Muslims of antiquity have passed down the faith to us through Jihad, making innumerable sacrifices along this sacred journey.

Recently, on a somber Wednesday, martyr Haji Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani (may God have mercy on him), the Minister of Refugees and Returnees Affairs, fell to the foes of Islam. Martyr Haqqani was a distinguished figure in Afghanistan, engaging in Jihad against global superpowers like the Soviet Union and the United States.

Martyr Haqqani (may Allah have mercy on him) toiled tirelessly alongside fellow Mujahideen to thwart the enemies of Islam, facing off against the adversaries who, despite their weaponry, advanced technologies, and alliances with local turncoats, failed repeatedly. They even placed a bounty of 5 million dollars on his head, but the divine decree prevailed.

During his Jihad, Martyr Haqqani (may Allah have mercy on him) faced capture and sustained injuries multiple times, offering significant sacrifices along this arduous path. It appears that Allah destined the revered Haqqani family (may Allah have mercy on them) for sacrifices in the name of Islam, as this family has yielded numerous martyrs in the noble cause of Jihad, seeking the pleasure and approval of the Almighty.

Following the triumph of the Mujahideen in Afghanistan, Martyr Haji Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani (may Allah have mercy on him) was appointed as the Minister of Refugees and Returnees by the decree of esteemed Amir-ul-Momineen (may Allah protect him), dutifully fulfilling his responsibilities.

Martyrdom marks the culmination of a Mujahid’s mission and signifies their triumph. Indeed, martyr Haji Khalil-ur-Rahman Haqqani – may Allah have mercy on him – realized his long-standing aspirations. May the Almighty accept the martyrdom of this illustrious figure in history. (Amen)

‏**این اُمت با شهادت مردانش نمی‌میرد

شهادت هدیه‌ای از جانب خداوند متعال برای بندگان خاص است. مجاهد وقتی‌ که در میدان جهاد قدم می‌گذارد اولین و آخرین هدف آن شهادت است و لذت شهادت را کسی می‌داند که در راه الله متعالی قربانی جانی و مالی داده باشد.
امت محمدی -صلی‌الله‌علیه‌وسلم- با شهادت مردانش نمی‌میرد؛ زیرا که صحابهٔ کرام -رضوان‌الله‌تعالی‌علیهم‌أجمعین- و همچنین مسلمانان گذشته، دین را برای ما به وسیله جهاد رسانده‌اند. آن‌ها در این راه مقدس قربانی‌های بی‌شماری داده‌اند.

روز چهارشنبه گذشته شهید حاجی خلیل الرحمن حقانی-رحمه‌الله- وزیر امور مهاجرین و عودت کنندگان توسط دشمنان اسلام به شهادت رسید. شهید حاجی خلیل از شخصیت‌های برجستهٔ افغانستان بود. وی در مقابل دو ابرقدرت جهان (شوروی و آمریکا) جهاد کرد.
شهید حقانی -رحمه‌الله- همراه سایر مجاهدین شب و روز برای نابودی دشمنان اسلام تلاش می‌کرد. دشمنان اسلام با تمام تجهیزات، تکنالوجی پیشرفته و با همکاری سایر اجیران داخلی باز هم ناکام شدند. پس به خاطر دست‌یافتن به وی ۵ میلیون دالر جایزه تعیین نمودند. اما فیصله خداوند متعال چیزی دیگری بود.

شهید -رحمه‌الله- در دوران جهاد چندین بار دستگیر و مجروح شد. او در این راه بسیار قربانی داد. گویا الله متعال خانوادهٔ محترم حقانی -رحمه‌الله- را برای قربانی دادن به خاطر اسلام آفریده است؛ زیرا که خانواده حقانی -رحمه‌الله- ده‌ها شهید در راه مقدس جهاد به خاطر خشنودی و رضای خداوند متعال پیش نموده‌اند.

شهید حاجی خلیل الرحمن حقانی -رحمه‌الله- بعد از پیروزی مجاهدین در افغانستان به فرمان أمیرالمؤمنین -حفظه‌الله- من‌حیث وزیر مهاجرین و عودت کنندگان تعیین شد و مسئولیت خویش را به نوع احسن انجام داد.

شهادت، پایان مأموریت و موفقیت مجاهد است. آری شهید حاجی خلیل الرحمن حقانی -رحمه‌الله- به آرمان و آروزی دیرینهٔ خود رسید. الله متعال شهادت این ابرمرد تاریخ را به بارگاه خود قبول بگرداند. (آمین)
