Meet Rtr. Edlawit Eshetu, a Marketing Management graduate, a creative leader with strong communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. At the Rotaract Club of Lewet, she has excelled in roles such as Community Service Director, Sergeant at Arms, Project Officer, and is currently the Rotary Communications Director.

Her standout projects include Abrhot, which empowers mothers of disabled children, and Yene Sew, organized holiday visits to orphanages. In addition, she has involved in the 65th round of RAC Abugida's Blood Donation Campaign.

Beyond Rotaract, Edlawit is growing her event organizing business, Abib Events, specializing in family events and decoration. Her creative mindset and leadership aim to impact the community and her entrepreneurial journey.

As Rotaract Club of Solyana President, Rekik demonstrates strong leadership, fostering a collaborative environment where everyone contributes and learns from each other. Committed to community development, she organizes career development events for young people and collaborates with Ethiopia Reads and the French Embassy. Rekik aspires to build a thriving Francophone community and pursue a career as an international lawyer.

Meet Rtr Aschalew Melese, an ABET-accredited mechanical engineering graduate from Bahir Dar University. With experience in maintenance, diagnostics, and design at Daylight Applied Technologies PLC, Aschalew transitioned into project management and community service, honing leadership skills as President of the True Culture University (TCU) Bahir Dar Chapter.

A graduate of Dereja's DAAP program, he enhanced his project management expertise and now serves as Club Champion Director at Rotaract Abugida and professional development assistant lead at Rotaract@Work. He actively contributes to fundraising, community service, and club activities. Aschalew aspires to innovate industrial solutions as a senior mechanical engineer.
