Draft of negotiations between Hayat Tahrir al-Sham (HTS) and the SDF:

1 - A representative of the SDF is Badran Chia.
2- Representative of the HTS is Zaid Al-Attar.

HTS demands from SDF the following:

1. Recognizing the Syrian government in Damascus and considering the autonomous administration as part of the Syrian state.
2. Handing over the Arab areas controlled by the SDF, which are:
   A. Raqqa city and part of its countryside
   B. Tabqa city and Euphrates Dam
   C. The eastern part of the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, north of the Euphrates
3. Expel all foreign elements (PKK cadres) from Syria.
4. Disengage from external parties and remove Türkiye’s concerns on this issue.
   5- Giving the government in Damascus 50% of the resources of the eastern region (oil - agriculture - other natural resources).
5. Release all prisoners in SDF prisons, especially Arabs in the region.
   7- Handing over foreign prisoners from ISIS to the government in Damascus and fully cooperating in this file.
6. Raising the Syrian state flag in all areas of the Autonomous Administration in northern and eastern Syria.
7. Partial supervision by the Syrian government over the crossings with the State of Iraq and Turkey in the areas of the Autonomous Administration.
   10 - An agreement must be reached on a mechanism for the SDF military forces to be administratively affiliated with the new Syrian army.

Just because a certain group liberate a land does not automatically make them Islamic or Mujahedīn. If you put your emotions aside and understand that we are just as happy as anyone that the tyrant Bashar is gone and about the release of prisoners. But what we warn against is these thugs now in power has no intention in ruling by the shari'aa.

It is the truth spoken. Look at Allah Ta'alaas materplan.. Look how He brought down the tyrant and at the same time made people who hid well to show their faces and expose themselves. One by one they're falling like domino's.

I ask Allah for guidance and steadfastness.

Don't forget these faces, because a day may come when they will say "we were with you". Indeed like the true munafiqīn of old which were revealed about above the seven heavens.

عند أبناء القردة والخنازير أحفاد اليهود
عبدة الشيطان والفروج
ملاحدة العرب والكرد بين أيديهم لا حام ولا مانع لهم من أعراضنا

سأقص عليكم حالي واعلموا أني كتبته وأنا أعد ٱخر أنفاسي بإذن الله
لن أنتحر فاخسر الٱخرة والدنيا
بل سأقدم روحي فداء لأحياتي بالإنغماس بأحد أفراد كلاب الملاحدة وبسلاح أبيض وإن لم يقتل وقتلت فأكون قد طمست العار والذل والهوان الذي لحق بي

وجعلت العار لكم أن تخلفتم وأنتم الرجال

إن ما لا تعلمونه والله يعلمه
ونعيشه من هوان وذل وعار وشنار
لا تطيقه الأنفس الطيبة أن تتصوره فضلا أن تعيشه

اسمعوا واعوا وقوموا قومة رجل واحد
فقد ٱن الٱوان

إن ملاحدة الأكراد  أخذوني
بتهمة تشابه أسماء
ومجرد دخولي جردوني من كل لباسي تحت تهديد السلاح والضرب العنيف
وبدأو يقلبوني بين أيديهم ويتحدثوني وكأني ملك يمين لهم جميعا هذا يلمسني وهذا يضع يده هنا وهناك
وانا في هذا الحال من الانهيار التام والبكاء والصراخ أخذوني لمكان لا أعرف أين بعد أن قاموا بإغلاق عيني وإذ بي في غرفة مع رجال عراة أقول لهم إني بنت لم أتزوج بعد لا تقربوا مني
وأصيح وأستغيث وأقبل أقدامهم ليرحموني وما رحموني بالعكس
تولى أمر اغتصابي  كبيرهم ومن ثم تابع من بعده جنوده حتى خارت قواي ولم يبقى فيني نفس أتنفسه وأنا مضرجة بالدماء جاءت العسكرية تصرخ قومي كلبه قومي ولا استطيع الحراك حملوني ومن ثم فقدت وعي وجدت نفسي في الخلاء عارية وقد كلبشو يدي اليمنى مع قدمي اليسرى للخلف ويدي اليسرى مع قدمي اليمنى للخلف

وانا أأصيح أرحموني بردانه استروني
ولا مجيب

وانظر إلى النافذة إذ بوجه شيطان منهم ينظر إلي ويقول أشو الحلو هذا
ما أحلى ..........

الله أكبر فقلت اللهم اكشف عني الضر
وارفع عني البلاء فمالي غيرك فقد ماتت النخوة وانعدمت الشهامة وفنت الرجال من الأرض ..

وبعد يوم كامل وانا على هذا الحال
إذ احضروني للتحقيق عارية تماما وبين ٨ رجال أحدهم أشنع وأبشع من الٱخر أنت فلانة العاملة بالكفالات أنت داعشية اعترفي والا أرجعناك لغرفة اللهو التي أعجبتك ينتظرك العشرات فبدأت استغيث بالله واسألهم اعتبروني اختكم هل ترضون بي هذا قالوا لأنك اخت الدواعش فنحن نريدك أشد من هذا
فبداو بتعذيبي بالكهرباء ورش الماء البارد ووضع الكهرباء على عورتي حتى أسقط مغشيا علي من شدة ما ألاقي ثم تقوم العسكرية بتوقيفي على قدمي قهرا ويبدأ الحديث عني كيف سيفعل بي كل واحد منهم كما يفعل الرجل بزوجته في الفراش
حتى أصبح والله ما فعلت شيء ولست فلانة ولا أعرف هذا الطريق كذابة
يالله خذوها للمنفردة ويأخذوني ويضعون الكلبشات من الخلف يدي اليمنى من أعلى الكتف واليسرى من أسفله ويضغطون بقوة حتى أفقد الاحساس بيدي وكأني فقدتهما للأبد

ويرمونني على وجهي بقوة على الارض في ذاك السجن الاحمر هده الله وأباد أهله

وهذا حالي طوال الخمسة أيام
وأما الطعام فكان من فضلاتهم مخلوط على بعض كأنهم دعسوا عليه بأقدامهم

لم ألبس أي ثوب ومزقوا لباسي الشرعي وأخرجوني بعد الإياس مني أن أعترف   بعد تصويري مقطع فيديو وأنا عارية تماما أتحدث به عن نفسي من أنا وكيف ألتحقت بالدولة ومن هم أهلي وغيرها من معلوماتي الشخصية

وبعدها لبست لباس لايستر عورتي كنزة وبنطلون قد أخذوني بهن  من فراشي

ورموني والعار  يملأ وجهي وبين ثنايا روحي
لست وحدي هناك العشرات العشرات وقد سمعت أنينهن وهن يُغتصبن ويصرخن ويقبلن أحذية الملاحدة ليرحموهن وما من راحم منهم لهن..

أخيرا ..

يا اخ التوحيد تخيلني أختك أوابنتك خرجت بكرا وعدن ثيبا
فما انت صانع ؟

تخيل زوجتك الٱن عارية وبين يدي الانجاس يقلبونها بين أيدهم قل لي بربك فما أنت صانع؟

لا تقل لي اصبري أخية سنخرجك عزيزة
لم  أعد أريد الخروج
أريد الموت والثأر بنفسي لي ولكل عفيفة  وإن لم تعطوني إياها أقسمت برب السماء والأرض أن أنغمس فيهم  ولو بسلاح أبيض

ويين يدي الله سأقول يا رب انشغلوا بالملذات والدنيا عني
رضوا لي الدنية رضوا لي العار خذلوني يا رب السماء حتى عبث بعرضي الأنجاس
دنسوا طهري وانتهكوا عفتي ومزقوا ستري

يا الله إني بك استغيث
يا الله إني بك أستجير
يا الله إني بك ألوذ

حسبي الله ونعم الوكيل

On another note;

Imagine being a madkhali when all of this is happening to the ummah since many years back now, imagine being a madkhali standing infront of Allah being asked about all the trials of the ummah and ones position and silence in support of the muslims, instead being a mouthpiece of the oppressors.

And imagine being someone who carelessly mix with these traitors instead of clearly showing baraa and animosity towards them?

“Be careful not to harbor bad assumptions about Allah سبحانه و تعالى without realizing it.

Imam Al-Shafi’i رحمه الله was asked: “What is considered having bad thoughts about Allah?”
He replied, “It is the constant waswasah and perpetual fear of misfortune.” Such as always speaking negatively about oneself: “I am going to crash,” “I am going to fall,” “My phone is going to break”…

Don’t speak negatively about yourself!

Also, anticipating the loss of blessings: “I know this blessing won’t last; I know my luck—I’m always unlucky, every path I take ends up being blocked”… My brother, do not speak negatively about yourself or anticipate the loss of blessings.

All of these are examples of having bad assumptions about the Most Merciful.

The Prophet ﷺ mentioned in a Hadith Qudsi: Allah ‎ﷻ said,
“I am as My servant expects Me to be. If he thinks good of Me, he will have it; if he thinks bad of Me, he will have it.”

May Allah make me and you among those who think well of Him.”

And there’s another type of people: Those who say “Allah won’t grant me because I don’t deserve it”

We say to them: So you think you deserve the blessings you already have? You think you deserve your sight and hearing and ability to walk and talk? You think you deserve breathing and blinking and having a beating heart? No wallah, you don’t deserve any of this, and none of us does, but Allah never granted us this blessings because we deserve them, but He did because of His mercy on us. And the same way He was merciful to you yesterday He will be today and tomorrow.

So worship Him like He should be worshipped, and thank Him for His blessings upon you, Ask Him for whatever you seek no matter How big and expect His response, and even in the case He doesn’t respond to your Dua now, still have good expectations from Him and be patient and firm upon His decree, for there is a wisdom in everything He decrees for you.

No one’s deeds will ever admit him to Jannah.” They asked, “Not even you, O Rasulullah?” He said, “Not even me, unless Allah bestows His favor and mercy on me.

So try to be near to perfection and strive for it. And no one should wish for death.”
