Al-Mu'minun 23:115
أَفَحَسِبۡتُمۡ أَنَّمَا خَلَقۡنَٰكُمۡ عَبَثًا وَأَنَّكُمۡ إِلَيۡنَا لَا تُرۡجَعُونَ

Did you think that We had created you in play (without any purpose), and that you would not be brought back to Us?.

(115) އަޅެފަހެ ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ ކަލޭމެން ހައްދަވާފައިވަނީ ބޭކާރުގޮތެއްގައި ހަމަ ކުޅިވަރަށް ކަމުގައި ކަލޭމެން ހީކުރީހެއްޔެވެ؟ އަދި ކަލޭމެން ތިމަންރަސްކަލާނގެ حضرة އަށް އެނބުރި رُجوع ނުވާނޭކަމުގައި ހީކުރަނީހެއްޔެވެ؟

Ibn al-Qayyim رحمه الله says,

"The pleasures of worldly life are like the dreams of a sleeper or the fleeting shade.

If it brings some laughter, it also brings many tears. If it gives a day of happiness, it brings a year of despair.

If it offers a brief moment of delight, it also holds one back for a long time. There is no house filled with joy that does not also contain sorrow and tears."

How strange is the situation of the one who misses fajr but wakes up on time for his job?
He goes out to seek provision, but forgets his provider.

Prepare for the first night in the grave as it is the most difficult night. Everyone will abandon you and walk away from the grave. This is why we must not worry so much about pleasing people and focus solely on pleasing Allāh as in the end , We will be left alone and whatever goodness we have done will be brought forth.

Ash-Shura 42:16
وَٱلَّذِينَ يُحَآجُّونَ فِى ٱللَّهِ مِنۢ بَعۡدِ مَا ٱسۡتُجِيبَ لَهُۥ حُجَّتُهُمۡ دَاحِضَةٌ عِندَ رَبِّهِمۡ وَعَلَيۡهِمۡ غَضَبٌ وَلَهُمۡ عَذَابٌ شَدِيدٌ

And those who dispute concerning Allah (His Religion of Islamic Monotheism, with which Muhammad SAW has been sent), after it has been accepted (by the people), of no use is their dispute before their Lord, and on them is wrath, and for them will be a severe torment.

(16) ﷲ ގެ دين އަށް އިޖާބަދެވުމަށްފަހު، އެބަހީ އެދީނަށް މީސްތަކުން ވަދެ ހަމަޖެހުމަށްފަހު ދެން ﷲ ގެ دين އާމެދު ދެކޮޅުހަދައި، حجّة قائم ކުރާ މީހުން ދަންނައެވެ. އެމީހުންގެ އެ حجّة ތަކާއި، دليل ތައް އެމީހުންގެ ربّ ގެ حضرة ގައި އެ ވަނީ باطل ވެ، ބޭކާރުވެގެންނެވެ. އަދި އެމީހުންގެ މައްޗަށް އެވަނީ ﷲ ގެ ކޯފާއެވެ. އެއީ އަދި ދުނިޔޭގައެވެ. އަދި آخرة ގައި އޭގެ އިތުރަށް އެމީހުންނަށް ގަދަވެގެންވާ عذاب ހުއްޓެވެ.
