Great news!

I’ve dumped 13 supplements and 15 pounds over the course of this fasting and cleansing journey I started in July.

I’m obviously healing my thyroid because I’m down 2 doses of the Cytomel I have relied on for years. I have 1 more dose to go.

I still have a 10 day cleanse starting today. Hopefully I see even more results.

My goal is to be completely off of adrenal and thyroid supplements altogether and down to a manageable and less expensive amount of supplements.

I’m amazed by God’s design and our ability to heal when we give the body a break and let it tend to other things than digesting food. ??♥️
