این توضیحاتشه که براش ایمیل کردم:

شاید این سرآغاز کارهای جدید خفنی باشه.

هر چند درباره روش استفاده و زمان بر بودنش، اوکی هستم. این ذات کار با مواد طبیعی هستش. من مثل مقایسه فست فود و اسلو فود می بینمش. به نظرم هستن مشتری هایی که با این هم اوکی هستن. ما باید اونا رو تارگت کنیم. بچه ها رو هم دیدم که اوکی هستن.
سندر گفت که حوصله خوندن روش استفاده های طولانی رو داره. روی نمونه ای که برده بود اصلا روش استفاده هم بوده.
بعد که بهش توضیح دادم گفت اون طعمی که در رویداد حس کرده بهش یه انتظاری داده که بعد همون رو می خواسته. در حالی که چیزی که الان می گم برای طعم دار کردن ملایم آب طوری که جایگزین آب ساده بشه، این هم به نظرش منطقیه. نمیشه یه چیزی با اون طعم قوی رو دو لیتر در روز خورد.
برای همین دیدش این دو استفاده متفاوت از محصوله: جایگزین آب یا نوشیدنی کنار غذا یا یک باره
خلاصه یه فضای کار اشتراکی در آمستردام دارن راه می اندازن و می گفت بیا اونجا بده و با آدما در طی روزهای مختلف در تماس باش و در دراز مدت بازخورد بگیر.

کشمون، اوستامو و کشاورزان
? گفتگو با محمد قائم‌پناه، هم‌بنیانگذار کشمون و بنیانگذار اوستامو (بخش اول)

کشمون، اولین یا یکی از اولین کسب و کارهایی است که با حذف واسطه‌ها، زعفران و چند محصول دیگر را مستقیم از کشاورز به دست مصرف‌کننده می‌رساند. هدف اجتماعی کشمون در شروع فعالیت، اصلاح رفتار مصرفی آب در بین کشاورزان و جلوگیری از مهاجرت اجباری آنان بوده.
اوستامو استارتاپی است که سردنوش‌های گیاهی تولید می‌کند و فعالیت خود را از هلند شروع کرده است.
در این قسمت، محمد قائم‌پناه، بنیانگذار این دو استارتاپ، از یادگیری‌هایی که در کشمون داشته، این که چرا نتوانسته هدف اجتماعی خود را محقق کند و این که در اوستامو چه مسیری را در پیش گرفته می‌گوید.

الان نامه ای از اداره مهاجرت هلند گرفتم که میگه با تغییر ویزام از استارتاپ ویزا که یک ساله است به ویزای خود اشتغالی که دو ساله است، موافقت کردن و در نتیجه اقامتم در هلند تا دو سال دیگه تمدید شد.

با یه خانم دانشجوی فرانسوی مصاحبه کردم اینجا که تو یه دانشگاه بین المللی اینجا درس می خونه. متن مصاحبه رو الان پیاده کردم. شاید طولانی باشه و حوصله نکنین بخونین ولی عین متن رو اینجا می ذارم. شاید کسی دوست داشت ریز خوند و نکاتی از توش در آورد. به نظرم خیلی مصاحبه خوبی بود و بخشی از بازار رو که رد کرده بودم و دیگه روش حساب نمی کردم برام دوباره روشن کرد:
Age: 20+ French student at UCLA university
I had a presentation at their class and I gave her a sample which she liked it and she wanted to try the rest of the tastes. But she finally liked exactly the sample she liked and that's why she ordered 45 of those.
She had not heard something like our product
And it was good and it was practical because she likes tastes when she drinks
She used not every day but multiple times a week. She put one in her bottle and goes to class and drinks there. But she never used it at home because she does not have a bottle at home. She refills at the university. Her bottle is not big she refills twice which means she drinks 3 bottles in total. The taste is still good and there are some tastes still there after refills. Stevia keeps giving tastes and she likes stevia because it makes it sweet.
The reason to continue using the product multiple times a week: because she wants to discover the next taste and also it is nice to have a taste in the class.
Nobody noticed / no one actually saw and no one asked about it since she has a colorful bottle
Water comes out of the bottle through the thread. The solution is to remove the thread at all.
She does not measure or count how much water she drinks. But she has to drink often because otherwise, she gets a headache. So it's more a habit: oh I haven't drunk this in this amount of time, let's drink something. And she likes to have taste and the taste helps her to drink more too. She already drinks enough often and she adds taste some times since it makes it fun. She previously did not try to add taste to water because she did not know how. But she realized that from the time that she is using our product, she is drinking less soda which is good. In the evening she used to drink a soda. But if she did have these things (she means watermates) she does not feel the need to have a soda.
I asked her why she bought but not other students. She said the sample I gave helped because without the sample it was just a product and why she had to make the effort of buying some. She believes the sample helped because she liked it. And the sample she got was exactly the one that after tasting all she liked it the most.
She has a friend that drinks tea a lot and she likes to be at home and read books. Those people are more interested in the product than those who want to go out in the evening or drink alcohol because this is something that you need to actively do it; you need to actively think about oh take that every day or every time you want it, you need to wash the bottle after using it... so it does take some effort but if you want it and if you like it you would do it but some university people often do not have the habit or they are lazy... maybe that. I think if you want to find university students who might be interested, you have to go to clubs that are more homie... like they have a book club and reading is often associated with tea...
She believes it is a good product and students like to drink and drink with flavor and every day they spend a lot of hours in the university and when you have something like that it makes it nicer. So the concept can be interesting for students.

She placed the second / customized order after I sent a reminder email. She said if she had not received an email she still would buy but since she was leaving she was not sure whether she will get it in time. If she didn't want it she would not take it but my email accelerated her purchase.
She liked that I added the visa option. She is French and she could pay by visa and that's popular in France.

توی اون رویداد دویدن توی آمستردام هم یه خانمی که خیلی ابراز علاقه کرد به چایی خیلی دلبسته بود.
این ادم های چای خور به نظر میاد یکی از تارگت های خوب مون باشن.
سوال اینه که چایخورها رو چطوری میشه پیدا کرد؟
ایده ای به ذهن تون می رسه؟
چای خورها کجا جمع میشن؟ چه ویژگی های مشترک دیگه ای دارن؟
سن بیشترشون همین حدود پنجاه تا هفتاد ساله به نظرم
خانم هستن.
