Title:BERTCaps: BERT Capsule for persian Multi-domain Sentiment Analysis.

🔺Abstract:
Sentiment classification is widely known as a domain-dependent problem. In order to learn an accurate domain-specific sentiment classifier, a large number of labeled samples are needed, which are expensive and time-consuming to annotate. Multi-domain sentiment analysis based on multi-task learning can leverage labeled samples in each single domain, which can alleviate the need for large amount of labeled data in all domains. In this article, the purpose is BERTCaps to provide a multi-domain classifier. In this model, BERT was used for Instance Representation and Capsule was used for instance learning. In the evaluation dataset, the model was able to achieve an accuracy of 0.9712 in polarity classification and an accuracy of 0.8509 in domain classification.

چکیده
A b s t r a c t
Purpose
This study aimed to assess the levels of 1,3-butadiene, a potent carcinogen, in the environment and evaluate the associated risks through different sampling methods. The focal purpose was to determine the effectiveness of active sampling with and without ozone scrubbers and passive sampling for risk assessment of 1,3-butadiene.
Methods
The risk assessment method used in this study followed the guidelines recommended by the EPA. It involved calculating the Chronic Daily Intake (CDI) using average pollutant concentrations obtained from three measurement methods. The EPA's Reference Concentration (RfC) and Cancer Slope Factor (CSF) were used to evaluate non-cancer and cancer risks, respectively.
Results
The study revealed significant differences in the average concentrations measured by the three sampling methods. The second method yielded concentrations approximately 14 times higher than the first method, and the third method reported concentrations about 4 times higher than the second method. These discrepancies have implications for the accuracy of pollutant risk assessment, as the choice of measurement method can significantly influence the estimated risk levels.
Conclusion
Accurate risk assessment of 1,3-butadiene is crucial due to its harmful effects on human health and the environment. The findings of this study contribute to informing policies related to the regulation and management of 1,3-butadiene, aiming to protect human health and the environment. The study emphasizes the importance of selecting appropriate measurement methods to ensure accurate risk assessment values and highlights the need for immediate action to mitigate the risks associated with exposure to environmental contaminants.
