? hi all, we would like to highlight the issue of upselling.

while we may not have been vocal about this, we are more than happy to allowing claiming of sets (subjected to availability from the seller) or helping to source for items that you might have trouble purchasing, whether they are for your own claims, or sharing out in your individual channels again. however, upselling of items are intolerable.

we have done our best in building our channel, have tried our best to source for reliable sellers and also tried to maintain a good buyer-seller relationship with them to ensure we can all get our pcs. by upselling the pcs that are obtained from us, we feel that this is profiting off our efforts and we are not comfortable with this. while it is not stated on our tncs that upselling is not allowed, we hoped that this would be well understood among everyone.

moving forward, we'd like to emphasise that if we do see anyone profiting off their claims from us, we reserve the right to cancel your claims.
