Paradoxes between Shariah and Secularism:When we refer to it as a law, it becomes a science, but when it’s referred to as the jurisprudence (Fiqh) of the judiciary, testimonies, Hudud, retribution and blood money, it becomes regressive.

When we refer to it as Personal Status Matters it becomes science, but when we call it jurisprudence of marriage and divorce it becomes regressive.

When a person speaks about the rights of the oppressed, they are called an activist for human rights, but when a sheikh speaks about the poor and quotes verses and hadiths, they are not called the same.

When someone helps drug addicts, alcoholics, and people with deviant behaviours, they are called a social reformer, but when a Sheikh performs this role through religious preaching they are not called the same.

When someone treats depression or psychological disorders, they are called a psychologist, but when someone treats these diseases through preaching and reminding them of the hereafter, he doesn’t get the appreciation.

When someone tries to reconcile between family members, between the father and the son, the husband and the wife, and organizes the family relationship among them, they are called a family counselor, but when a man speaks about revelation in this field, he is not considered the same.

When a person speaks about contractual issues with rational evidence, they are called a philosopher, but when a student of Islamic knowledge does this relying on divine guidance and the efforts of scholars of the Ummah (Islamic Nation) over more than ten centuries, his words are viewed with hate even if they aren’t understood.

Based on this, if a student of Islamic knowledge is asked about an issue related to experimental science and he gives an answer, they say, "Why is he speaking outside his specialization?" And if he does not answer and refers to the specialists, they say, "Look, he does not understand anything."

However, if a physicist or a biologist, whether they were an atheist or a believer, speaks about the comparison of religions or philosophy, or even in other than his specialty in experimental sciences, he is listened to and his words are taken into consideration.

The situation we are experiencing is problematic. The appearance of the person speaking and the language they speak determine the level of acceptance for the words spoken.

The same statement, if spoken by a person wearing a tie and speaking English is accepted, and may be rejected or suspended if the speaker speaks Arabic and wears a robe and a beard.

Indeed, this is a severe psychological illness that has afflicted many people.

Amr ibn al-Aas entered upon Muawiyah while he had his daughter with him. He said to him, “May Allah keep her away from you, O Commander of the Believers (Amir Al Mouminine). By Allah, I have never known them (referring to daughters) to give birth except to enemies, bring the distant closer, and inherit grudges.”, Muawiyah said: “do not say that O Amr! By Allah, the sick are not treated, the deceased are not mourned, there is no one better in providing assistance for sorrows than them, لرب ابن أخت قد ينفع خاله (praising the son of a sister who could benefit his uncle).
Muhammad bin Sulayman said: "Sons are a blessing, and daughters are goodness. And Allah, the Almighty, holds people accountable for blessings and rewards for goodness."
Mansur al Faqih said:
I love daughters and loving daughters is … an obligation to any dignified person.
Because for daughters Shuayb … was served by Musa whom Allah spoke with
قَالَ قَتَادَةُ - رَضِيَ اللَّهُ عَنْهُ -: رُبَّ جَارِيَةٍ خَيْرٌ مِنْ غُلَامٍ قَدْ هَلَكَ أَهْلُهُ عَلَى يَدَيْهِ"
Allah knows best about the authenticity of the news published by the BBC but it is not excluded because I have heard Dr. Zakir mentioning something similar to this about his people (India).
India and China are the largest two populations on Earth, although these ideas are still present in their society, despite the progress and development their perception towards the birth of a daughter is still unchanged which indicates that it’s only the machine that is evolving [Meaning not the intellect]

And materialists from their materialistic perception can’t deny these abortions, and this won’t be strong except from a religious standpoint.
If the early Muslims had fought these till they ruled their lands and prevented them from doing this you would have seen the atheist after a thousand year crying for them and crying for who protects this criminal system, and he considers them innocent.

Don’t you see what he does with the disbelievers of Quraysh.

The BBC published that since the year 2005 till our day, 160 million cases of abortion happened and that’s after being able to know the gender of the baby, most of the cases are in south korea, china and India.

Meaning that if they discover that the fetus is a girl they resort to abortion, and this is a contemporary evil, and there is no power and no might except by Allah.

So praise Allah for the blessing of Islam, He has condemned the disbelievers for this behavior.
Allah almighty said what translates to: “And they attribute to Allāh daughters - exalted is He - and for them is what they desire [i.e., sons]. And when one of them is informed of [the birth of] a female, his face becomes dark, and he suppresses grief. He hides himself from the people because of the ill of which he has been informed. Should he keep it in humiliation or bury it in the ground? Unquestionably, evil is what they decide.” Quran Nahl 57-59
And he also said what translates to: “And when the girl [who was] buried alive is asked For what sin she was killed” Quran At-Takwir 8-9.
Muslim [a name] narrated in his Sahih 6788 – [149 – 2631]: The Prophet (ﷺ) said, "Whoever supports two girls till they attain maturity, he and I will come on the Day of Resurrection like this". Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) joined his fingers illustrating this.
And he also narrated 6787 – [148 – 2630]: Aishah (May Allah be pleased with her) reported: A poor woman came to me carrying her two daughters. I gave her three date-fruits. She gave a date to each of them and then she took up one date-fruit and brought that to her mouth to eat, but her daughters asked her that also. She then divided between them the date-fruit that she intended to eat. This (kind) treatment of her impressed me and I mentioned that to Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) who said, 'Verily, Allah has assured Jannah for her, because of (this act) of her," or said, "He (SWT) has rescued her from Hell- Fire"

Ibn Muflih said in “Al-Adab Ash-Shar’iah” :
[Chapter: some text in “Kindness towards parents” and goodness towards daughters and raising children and educating them]
We have already spoken of kindness towards parents, Allah almighty said what translates to: “and to parents do good” [Quran 2:83], and also said what translates to: “Be grateful to Me and to your parents” [Quran 31:14]
And the mother is more deserving for kindness, and there so many Hadiths in that and in family kinship and they are popular amongst what’s authentic from it is: “from true kindness is visiting/keep in touch with the man’s father’s friends after he dies (the father)” (hard to translate)

Ibn Abd El-Barr cited about the prophet peace and blessings of Allah be upon him: “Whoever desires to maintain ties with his father after his death, he should maintain ties with the brothers of his father”, and he said: “love gets passed down, and hate gets passed down”, and he said: “Three things extinguish the light of a servant (i.e. a person) and prevent them from attaining goodness: severing his father’s family ties, abandoning righteous practices, and casting glances at forbidden things.” And it was written in some of them books of Allah: “"Do not sever ties with those whom your father used to maintain ties with, as it will extinguish your light.”.

وَقَالَ مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ الْمُنْكَدِرِ: بِتُّ أَغْمِزُ رِجْلَيْ أُمِّي وَبَاتَ عَمِّي يُصَلِّي لَيْلَتَهُ فَمَا سَرَّنِي لَيْلَتَهُ بِلَيْلَتِي." ثم قال :" وَيَنْبَغِي الصَّبْرُ عَلَى الْبَنَاتِ وَالْإِحْسَانُ إلَيْهِنَّ وَأَنْ لَا يُنَفَّلَ عَلَيْهِنَّ الذُّكُورُ بِغَيْرِ سَبَبٍ شَرْعِيٍّ، وَفِي ذَلِكَ أَخْبَارٌ كَثِيرَةٌ فِي الصِّحَاحِ وَغَيْرِهَا.

According to Danish newspapers: one of four Danish women is getting violated by her own partner based on a recent study!

They claim that their intellectual and legislative system liberates women and rescues them from violence, whereas the statistics show the opposite!

Surely, you've heard about Denmark, the happiest country in the world, where they claim that they made it like that by applying liberal values and by having abundant resources and a small population at the same time.

But, it seems like the picture is different from what they claim it to be. Capitalism, Liberalism, and the Feminist madness weren't enough to protect Danish women from violence, but I claim that those ideas are worsening the situation.

I pity those liberals who read these news; they can NOT stick these accusations to religion and the eastern culture now.
