در نوشتن مراحل روش‌شناسی (Methods)، ترتیب زمانی اهمیت زیادی دارد. اگر تاریخ‌ها یا زمان‌ها را در انتهای جملات قرار بدهید، خواننده ممکن است دچار سردرگمی بشود. بهترین کار این است که تاریخ‌ها و زمان‌ها را در ابتدا بیاورید تا مراحل تحقیق واضح و منطقی باشند.

مثال اول: در ابتدا باید ویژگی‌های بیومورفولوژیک بررسی بشه و بعد از آن گیاهان در زمین کاشته بشن. اگر ترتیب زمانی درست رعایت نشه، ممکنه برای خواننده گمراه‌کننده باشه.
مثال دوم: در این مثال تاریخ‌ها باید در ابتدای جمله بیان بشن تا زمان دقیق مصاحبه‌ها روشن باشه.
مثال سوم: در اینجا، چون نرخ کاشت بذر مهم‌تر از تاریخ‌هاست، باید نرخ کاشت اول بیاد و بعد تاریخ‌ها ذکر بشه.
این روش به خواننده کمک می‌کنه که بتونه مراحل تحقیق رو به ترتیب زمانی دنبال کنه و فهم بهتری از روند کار پیدا کنه.

Methodology: Organize Chronologically ?
Clear Steps, Clear Order ?: Present actions in the exact sequence they were performed for easy replication.
Dates First! ?: Start sentences with the date to make the timeline obvious.
Avoid Confusion ❌: Don't mix up the order of steps; keep it logical!

وقتی دارید بخش روش‌ها رو می‌نویسید، بهتره از کلماتی مثل اولاً، ثانیاً و در نهایت در ابتدای جمله استفاده کنید. چرا؟ چون هم متن مرتب‌تر به نظر میاد و هم خواننده راحت‌تر می‌تونه مراحل رو دنبال کنه و اون‌ها رو توی آزمایش خودش بازسازی کنه.

اگر این کلمات رو وسط جمله بیارید، ممکنه باعث بشه جمله معنی دیگه‌ای بده. مثلاً:

نادرست: کامپوزیت می‌تواند در نهایت با پودر پر شود. (اینجا انگار دارید می‌گید بعد کلی دردسر این کار انجام شد!)
درست: در نهایت، کامپوزیت می‌تواند با پودر پر شود.
یه نکته دیگه درباره «سپس» یا «بعد» هست. این کلمات معمولاً بعد از فاعل میان. مثلاً:

درست: «ما سپس ذرات را حل کردیم.»
کمتر رایج: «سپس، ما ذرات را حل کردیم.»
خلاصه اینکه با گذاشتن این کلمات اول جمله، متن مرتب‌تر و حرفه‌ای‌تر می‌شه و خواننده راحت‌تر متوجه ترتیب مراحل می‌شه.

حتی گاهی دیده میشه که مقالاتی رو میفرستن که رفاقتی و دوستانه ارجاع بدیم که این کار درست نیست دوستان دقت کنید اگر واقعا مطلب به درد بخوری باشه عیبی نداره چون مطلب خوب علمی باید دیده بشه ولی اگر واقعا صرفا برای افزایش تعداد ارجاع باشه و افزایش H-INDEX اصلا کار درستی نیست.
