جلوگیری از ورود رطوبت به داخل مخزن

در اثر تنفس مخازن روغن ماشین آلات، هوای اتمسفر که دارای رطوبت است وارد مخزن می شود، رطوبت موجود درهوای بالای روغن در اثر چگالش و از طریق انتقال جرم به صورت آب به داخل روغن وارد می شود.

اگرچه تجهیزات و فیلتر های تنفسی تا حدودی رطوبت را جذب می کنند و مقدار آن را در فضای مخزن روغن کاهش می دهند، اما نمی توانند از نفوذ آب موجود در هوا به روغن جلوگیری کنند.

برای جلوگیری از ورود رطوبت به داخل مخزن روغن بایستی از فیلترهای رطوبت گیر با کیفیت عالی و سایر روش ها استفاده کنیم.
