یعنی یه چیزی رو به طور طبیعی می‌بینی، بدون اینکه بخوای یا دقت کنی. مثلا چشمات بازه و یه چیزی رو می‌بینی.

یعنی به چیزی دقت کنی، آگاهانه بهش نگاه کنی. یه جور توجه به چیزی که داره جلوت اتفاق میفته.

به اون غروب زیبا نگاه کن!

*3️⃣*Watch
یعنی با دقت و تمرکز بیشتر چیزی رو تماشا کنی، معمولاً چیزی که در حال حرکت یا تغییره، مثل فیلم، بازی، یا نمایش.
