I spend day and night at work, working and cracking my brains on freebies, poster designs and liaising with factories to giveaway with my album G.Os. i don't have time to be checking up on other people's channels and i certainly have no interests on how other GOMs run their own channels. I was & still am not in the bl channel nor have i sent anything related to me / other people in it except a buyer that i bl-ed 2 years ago for backing out. I guess people can continue connecting the dots on who sent in those bls pre comeback.

At this point, the people sending in random stories and claims to feed their own delusions and hatred are just crossing the line and i hope you know that not everything online is fully anonymous.

Yes, my replies may be direct / curt / rude to some at times and i sincerely wish to also apologize to affected buyers. I also hope everyone can understand how it can actually be really draining at times (mentally / financially / physically) to be a GOM and it would help if buyers may also help to read through everything stated and monitor the spreadsheet.

because why are GOMs looking at and updating spreadsheets endlessly daily, verifying payments, packing parcels, mail runs, mmus, courier pick ups, the anxiety of checking out items / missing items / delayed parcels / pending refunds from missing sellers, spending their time before concerts to pick your otp merch / kits and going through rounds of exhibitions to secure goods for buyers even admist their busy schedule and vacation only to have people dragging them with groundless rumours / their personal experiences even to the extent of calling them sasaengs.

I hope people actually know the real definition of a 'sasaeng' and the serious implications of sasaeng activities. Not every person who attends fansigns and official schedules are sasaengs and girl, i'm in the office for long hours weekly i don't have time to even eat what more be a sasaeng.

I have been debating whether to post a clarification regarding this whole issue and I decided to say my part to have a peace of mind for myself.

Like everyone else, I am a fan with boundaries, paying for all of my own expenses to get my items and experiences and most importantly i am a human with feelings too.
Regardless with GO orders or not, i'll still be supporting my idols in my own ways.

I have not been reading any of the bls, comments & i will not be reading any of those that will be posted to counter my message here if ever, i am only sending this clarification message based on explanations from friends whom i have also requested to not forward me any because they're all just baseless at this point. You lost me at all of the personal attacks/baseless, groundless stories and accusations. There is no need for me to spend the time and energy clarifying every single ridiculously out of the world claims out there, my side of story and share anything about the people involved in those engagements because at the end of the day people would still choose to believe what they want to.

I wish to address some clarifications relating to my previous message about collection related issues.

All personal information provided during your collection form submissions provided to me are solely for mailing purposes only and are deleted after each collection batches are cleared.

There is no reason and excuse for me to retain and be misusing them at any circumstances. I am also very well aware of doxxing laws and penalties including importance of pdpa.

While my previous message or post may have been posted while i was emotionally frustrated, i would like to apologize for my tone and choice of words, Nowhere did i state i will be releasing private informations such as address/number and especially banking related informations. i have indicated that was holding myself back from sharing further about any of these buyers which means i have not, will not and do not wish to prolong any of the cases any further.

Like any other blacklists which i have initially intended to do so but did not proceed with, only includes username and conversations between me and the involved buyers.

I also wish to address the screenshot that was taken out of context here :

I have held so many G.Os and dealt with many buyers over the years but it was my first time that day to be dealing with someone who

- missed my collection message
- was bumped twice for collection (and one for late payment fees worth of 1 month)
- came to me 2 months after to tell me she was not informed that collection message was sent out
- told me she was not informed in advance that collection message will be sent BEFORE arrival
- could not log into her telegram during that period of 2 months and that she was not aware of the late fees if she did not collect within the deadline.

She proceeded to threaten me with my details and wanted to report me to the police if she did not receive any refunds.

A total of 4 excuses and one police threat just to avoid one late payment fee in a span of less than 30 minutes of convo that day that i had to deal with in the middle of my working hours just to provide relevant proofs.

Though i believe i owe a clarification, context and apology of the whole situation as per above, i don't think i owe any other explanation about my personal life other than what was shared previously about me being a ft employee/pt uni student just to give a heads up and range of timeline for you to be able to expect your items.

It's been almost three full years that i have been running this channel and throughout the years, i have seen, heard and have been receiving many uncalled hate comments or questions not related to GOs in my curiouscat/tellonym (same repeated sentences and same people who are only able to hide behind anonymity) people taking my responses/posts/experiences out of context and twisting it based on the perspective they wish to believe, i just chose not to address any of them here. & to be honest, if any of those have affected me back then i would have closed off my channel way before.

Although it is okay to be sharing your negative experiences with my channel, it is not okay to be speculating about me, my life, my friends or any buyers who choose to still buy from my channel or have had better experiences.

I may not openly engage in conversations not relating to G.Os here but i am fully aware of all the ongoing spam channels, groupchats, the people engaging in all these baseless speculations and assumptions, people who are spreading my friends information and even photos too

I am only here to hold G.Os, sell instocks and honestly everyone in any G.O channels including mine here are just trying to get our desired items with shared shipping / items that may have difficulty with international payment, we don't have to be liking each other. In no way is anyone obligated to purchase from me and there are many other GOMs who holds similar G.Os to me too if you do not wish to buy from me.

Additionally the accusations of me sending in blacklists of other GOMs before comeback period is deranged.

I received so many DMs asking if i have any additional sealed albums / PCs instocks that i'll be selling from Daydream~ i don't think i have any additional albums for now but i'll have some incoming albums (Sealed Orange Blood / Daydream Albums) from Yizhiyu i'll list them separately once i'm done with this batch of collections!

I'll also have year end sale of all the remaining instocks / pcs / lds / merch and unclaimed items for me to clear my packing address and kr address so you can look forward to that~

I also wish to highlight the importance of reading through the collection messages sent to you individually which i spend alot of time on to collate all of your items into one summary + indicate whether your items are eligible for Normal Mail / Courier. If it is not possible for any of the options i would not be offering them in the individual messages.

Additionally, i have about 200-250 submissions per collection batches, (honestly it has passed 300 collection messages to be sent this time), and you are not my only buyer hence please understand that it takes time for me to send out collection messages, verify payments & your submissions, pack your items and mail out your items after.
All these in the midst of coordinating your self collections/meetups as well.

Therefore it is important that you follow the instructions stated in the collection messages & templates required form to avoid your submissions to be pushed to LAST.

If you are LATE for your submission or have submitted the form with wrong payment / template and collection methods, please do not expect me to send out your items ASAP after especially if you do not notify me prior to submission of the form past the deadline. I will have new batches of g.os coming in by then and will need time to organize them altogether.
