#Acute_appendicitis

Presentation:

Periumblical pain in early appendicitis then right iliac pain Loclized ill defined in character increased with cough inspiration associated with nausea vomiting and FHMA

Examination:

Palpate the abdomen
Tenderness rebound tenderness guarding rigidity
Crossed tenderness ( rovsing sign )
+ve obturator sign
+ve psoas sign

Investigation:

CBC ( leukocytosis )
U/C
CT

NEVER FORGET TO EXCLUDE THE OTHER DIFFERENTIAL DIAGNOSIS OF ACUTE ABDMINEN

Management:

First First First manage the pain with analgesics and PPI if you sure about appendicitis
