???Aslan Ocherkhadzhiev is accused in absentia of mercenarism and terrorist activity. The investigation has established that the militant is directly involved in battles on the territory of the Russian Federation. In the summer of 2024, he, together with servicemen of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other mercenary formations, invaded the Kursk region.

A Norwegian, according to his passport, committed crimes against the civilian population, attempting to destabilize the activities of government bodies and causing significant property damage to civilians.
