Treatment for Every Distress, Hardship, and Trial...

Shaykh Al-Islām Ibn Taymiyyah (rahimahullah) said:

Its remedy:

🥰Seeking refuge in Allāh.

🥰Continuously supplicating and praying to Him.

🥰Learning the prescribed supplications and choosing the times when prayers are likely to be answered, such as:
- The last part of the night.
- The times between the Adhan and Iqamah.
- During sujud.
- After obligatory prayers.

🥰Adding to this, istighfār, for whoever seeks forgiveness from Allah and then repents to Him, He will grant him good enjoyment for a specified term.

🥰Adopting a routine of Dhikr (remembrance of Allāh) in the morning and evening, and before sleeping.

🥰Being patient with the obstacles and distractions that arise, for soon Allāh will support him with a spirit from Him, and He will inscribe faith in his heart.

🥰Striving to perfect the obligatory prayers, both inwardly and outwardly, as they are the pillar of the Deen.

🥰Letting his frequent phrase be: "There is no power nor strength except with Allāh, the Most High, the Great," (لا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله العلي العظيم) for with it:
- He can bear heavy burdens.
- He can face formidable challenges.
- He can attain lofty states, and he will not tire of supplication.
