Do not doubt, All Is True.
The English literature foundation stands on the shoulders of the great William Shakespeare, so in his honor we named our journal, "All Is True".
This title is an alternative name for his play, "Life of Henry VIII", his last play ever performed in The Globe, according to the film, "All Is True", Directed by Kenneth Branagh, 2018.
It is said that during this last performance, a prop cannon 'misfired' and The Globe was burnt to the ground.

بنیان ادبیات انگلیسی بر شانه‌ی ویلیام شکسپیر بزرگ ایستاده است، پس به گرامیداشت او، نام «All Is True» را بر نشریه انجمن زبان و ادبیات انگلیسی دانشگاه سمنان نهادیم.
این عنوان، نام جایگزینی است که شکسپیر برای نمایشنامه «زندگی هِنری هشتم» برگزیده. بنابر فیلمِ (All Is True (2018 به کارگردانی کنت برانا، این واپسین نمایشنامه‌ای‌ست که خود شکسپیر در تئاتر «گلوب» به روی صحنه برده. می‌گویند در میانه‌ی این اجرا، یک توپ نمایشی —به‌اشتباه— شلیک شده و تئاتر «گلوب» سراسر به خاکستر نشسته‌ است.

I often wonder why this 'alternative' name was picked by Shakespeare? It has something to do with authorizing the performance of course, but what else?
از خود می‌پرسم چرا شکسپیر این عنوان جایگزین را برگزیده است؟ چه‌بسا بتوان گفت شکسپیر برای دریافت پروانه نمایش خود، این عنوان تازه را جایگزین ‌پیشینی کرده اما آیا دلیلش همین بوده و بس؟

We live in a time of doubt and dubious thoughts, a time that Everything can mean anything, the language itself has been exhausted since the words are now just toys of tongues and not meaning bearers. Knowledge is considered "an opinion" and it is as worthy as all other unknowledgeable opinions. The nature of knowledge is rejected, sometimes even in academia, seemingly for the adversity of its principles, and replaced by mere unimportant facts and information. Judgemental rationality is not expressed so that we make sure no one is offended.
ما در زمانه‌ی شک‌ و تردید زندگی می‌کنیم. زمانه‌ای که همه چیز‌ می‌تواند هر معنایی داشته باشد، زبان را فرسوده‌اند، واژه ها را به بازی گرفته‌اند و از معنای خویش دور رانده‌اند. ارزش دانش گویی همچون نقطه‌نظری خُرد است که هیچ نشانی از دانش در خود ندارد. دانش حتا گاهی از این روی که ویژگی ذاتی و بدیهی‌اش، چارچوب فکری و کاری مسئولیت‌باری فرا‌می‌آورد در دانشگاه هم پس‌رانده می‌شود. چنین است که جای دانش در میان خرده‌دانسته‌ها و مفروضات گم شده و سخنانی که بر‌پایه‌ی منطق، آنچه‌ بر زمانه می‌گذرد را ارزیابی می‌کند، خاموش می‌ماند، چرا که نباید به کسی بربخورد.

Less and less people are willing to read literature themselves and then think conclusively to stand on a firm ground, to take a side, to affirm or oppose or at least make an effort to define and clarify their minds as resolutely as the voice implied by "All Is True".
کمتر کسی می‌خواهد خود، ادبیات را مطالعه کند تا برای خود زمینه‌ی فکری محکمی بیابد و با اندیشه‌ورزی، خود به نتیجه‌ای برسد تا در یک سو از گفت‌و‌گو بایستد، خود سخنی را بپذیرید یا رد کند یا کمِ‌کم تلاش کند همانند ندایی که «همه‌اش حقیقت است» طنین‌انداز می‌کند، اندیشه‌های خود را روشنگرانه پایندانی و بازتعریف نماید.

The ultimate ends of Literature are many and one of them is to take us to the margins of the world of meaning. You should understand that nation's advancement reaches back to the foundations of meaning they've built with the strength of their literature through discipline and action.
Though much is now dubious, All Is True; if you're to think, not to adapt.
یکی از بی‌شمار غایت‌های ادبیات آن است تا ما را برای گام زدن به حاشیه‌ی جهان معنا ببرد. این را هم باید دانست که پیشرفت کشور‌ها بر بنیان‌ معنا‌یی استوار می‌گردد که به یاری توانش ادبیات خویش، با انضباط و عملگرایی ساخته‌اند.
گرچه بسیاری از چیز‌ها شک برانگیز است، همه‌اش حقیقت است؛ اگر بخواهیم فکر‌ کنیم، نه سازش.
