We’ve been listening and are very aware that some of our recent communications & the recent 4x Boost event sparked a lot of debate within the community.

We wanted to provide some updates re: the airdrop of $Z.

Initial airdrop vs Staking
- We have revised the initial amount of the airdrop to 8% for traders, in line with what we’ve communicated previously.
- 7% goes to traders (adjusted up from 5%; no market makers are included in this) - 1% goes to strategic communities that trade on Zeta
- They will have to trade and earn Z-Score to unlock it; no one is getting $Z without trading on Zeta.
- Following the token launch, 2% is reserved for stakers of $Z (adjusted down from 4%) and it will be distributed 28 days (i.e., 1 epoch) after TGE in the form of staked $Z. More details to follow.

OG & Season 1 Traders

Our earliest supporters have been critical to the success of Zeta and we want to reward you accordingly.

- We will be applying loyalty boosts to OG (pre Season 1) and Season 1 traders, with OGs enjoying the larger boost.
- We will be sharing more details on this soon.

We have mentioned April in the past because we genuinely thought that the token would be ready by now.

We’ve had to adjust the timeline slightly but we are all heads down on making it happen; yes it will be happening soon.

AMA on 30th April

Appreciate that team comms with the community have sometimes been lacking.

We will be hosting an AMA with two of our founders on Tuesday 30th April at 12:00 UTC to go over everything and answer any additional questions that come up.

We’re going to try and host AMAs regularly through to $Z going live (and beyond) to make sure we address community concerns.

Finally, we are not in this for the short term. We’ve been building on Solana for over 3 years. Our community matters to us and we are fully aware that $Z coming out is a big deal for everyone that has been involved with Zeta over the last months & years.

What happens after the release of $Z is equally as important.

Our vision is to build a product that can compete with centralized exchanges and we can’t do that if we don’t listen to feedback from our community.
