Vegan diets are the most beneficial to the human race.
To what extent do you agree or disagree?

Plant-based diets have become increasingly popular in recent years, with many people embracing them because of health-related or ethical reasons. Despite the benefits of vegetarian diets, I would not argue that they are the healthiest option for people.

Vegan diets offer some health benefits, one of which is the prevention of heart disease. Plant-based diets are often low in saturated fat and cholesterol, which reduces the risk of heart diseases, and regular consumption of fruits, nuts, and whole grains is associated with improved cardiovascular health. Aside from preventing heart diseases, vegan diets help maintain a healthy weight because they are high in fiber, a non-soluble element, and low in calories. Therefore, most vegans have a lower body weight index compared to non-vegans.

However, vegetarian diets often fail to provide some important nutrients, such as vitamin B12, calcium, and iron. Non-sufficient intake of these nutrients can lead to failed nervous system, bone problems, and hormonal dysfunction. While these elements are naturally found in plants, they are not easily absorbed by the body, leading to nutrient deficiency. To make up for this, most vegans take supplements and eat fortified foods.

Considering these arguments, I would argue that animal-based diets are the most beneficial to individuals. They are rich in healthy fats, vitamins, and other nutrients, an integral part of bodily functions. Most importantly, they provide high-quality protein with all the necessary amino acids, which are building blocks of muscles, immune system, and hormonal structure.

To sum up, a vegan diet can indeed ward off many diseases, but we should not overlook its contribution to nutrient deficiencies. Thus, I think that we should embrace animal-based diets because of their nutritional value.

In some countries, more and more parents begin to teach their children at home rather than send them to school.
Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?

*In some countries, more and more parents begin to teach their children at home rather than send them to school.
Do the advantages of this trend outweigh the disadvantages?

Homeschooling is gaining ground around the world, with many parents opting for this type of education. While there are obvious disadvantages to having children educated at home, I strongly believe that it is more advantageous for children and parents alike.

It is essential to note that homeschooling comes with some major drawbacks, one of which is the lack of socialization. The absence of interaction with peers adversely affects a child's personal development as social interactions foster social skills, such as communication and teamwork. Growing up without these skills, children may struggle in their adult life as they are mostly unable to effectively communicate with people. Another downside is the limited access to resources. It is almost impossible to create a school environment at home or at least cost-effectively. Schools provide important facilities, including but not limited to libraries, laboratories, and sports amenities, which play a pivotal role in education.

Despite these downsides, I would argue that the advantages of homeschooling are more significant. First of all, it offers flexible scheduling. Parents can arrange classes according to their time preferences, which is particularly beneficial for families with unique lifestyles. For example, in Western countries, most business people choose to educate their children at home by hiring private tutors because their work often involves traveling to other cities and countries. Since they cannot settle down, homeschooling is the only option that suits them the best. Moreover, home-based learning allows for a customizable learning experience. Private teachers can develop personalized curricula specifically tailored to the needs and interests of their students. As a result, the classes will be much more engaging compared to traditional school lessons, and it will lead to a deeper understanding and better retention of subjects.

In conclusion, although home education has some clear disadvantages, I believe that it offers more important benefits, such as flexible schedules and customized learning experiences.* https://t.me/malikovwrites

Why do people get into debt by buying things they cannot afford?
There are many reasons why people go so far as to borrow money to satiate their material hunger. The first one has to do with the modern lending practices. Many banks offer loans with low interest rates, and they made it more accessible than ever before. In the past, people had to visit banks in person and spend hours if not days to be approved for a loan, but this has been made redundant by the introduction of credit cards. Now people can borrow money from banks even without any paperwork. As long as they do not exceed the pre-set limit and pay off their debt by the end of the month, they are good to go. Another reason for this phenomenon is the lack of financial literacy. Since financial education is not included in the school curriculum, many people grow up not having any idea of the consequences of debt and do not restrain from borrowing money to satisfy their material needs.

People seem to be either excited or worried about the future impact of artificial intelligence. Personally I can understand the two opposing points of view; I am both fascinated by developments in artificial intelligence and apprehensive about its possible negative effects.

On the one hand, the increasing intelligence of technology should bring some obvious benefits. Machines are clearly able to do many jobs better than humans can, especially in areas that require high levels of accuracy or calculations using large amounts of data. For example, robots are being developed that can carry out surgical procedures with greater precision than a human doctor, and we already have cars that use sensors and cameras to drive themselves. Such technologies can improve safety by reducing the likelihood of human errors. It is easy to imagine how these developments, and many others, will steadily improve our quality of life.

On the other hand, I share the concerns of people who believe that artificial intelligence may harm us if we are not careful. In the short term, it is likely that we will see a rise in unemployment as workers in various industries are replaced by machines or software programs. For example, self-driving vehicles are expected to cause redundancies in driving jobs, such as lorry drivers, taxi drivers and bus drivers. In the medium term, if intelligent technologies gradually take jobs away from humans, we may find that people become deskilled and lose their sense of purpose in life. A longer term fear is that computers become so intelligent that they begin to make decisions without human oversight and without regard for our well-being.

In conclusion, while intelligent machines will no doubt improve our lives in many ways, the potential risks of such technologies should not be ignored.

The table shows how many kilometers an adult travelled by 7 types of transportation in 1977 and 2007. Overall, although the average distance covered by car, taxi, and train increased, the figures for others saw a reverse trend.

Looking at the figures with rising trends, the number of kilometers travelled by a car was by far the biggest with 3500km in 1977, and it doubled over the next 30 years. Similarly, the figure for taxi rose from 400km to 800km, while the train, the second commonly used means of transport, saw a minimal rise of 100km.

In contrast, the remaining modes of transport experienced downward trends. Relatively sharper decreases were recorded in the data for a bus and walking, which went down by 100km. Meanwhile, the average kilometers travelled by a bicycle and a motorcycle, which were the least popular types of transport, declined from the same 100km to 90km.
