An official letter
that some parents and guardians addressed to the President's office asking for assistance from the government on behalf of their imprisoned relatives and their children held unjustly by the Kurdish terrorist organization was leaked by current Speaker of the Parliament Mohamed Nasheed. He had also claimed that the children's fathers were unknown, accusing chaste women of the abhorrent act of adultery.

އަލް ހޯލްގެ ޖަލުގައި ކުޑަ 2 އަންހެން ކުދިން ޝަހީދުކޮށްލައިފިއެވެ. އެނގިފައިވާ ގޮތުގައި ޝަހީދުކޮށްލާފައިވަނީ މިސްރުގެ 2 ކުދިންނެވެ. އަދި މިކަން ހިގާފައި ވަނީ މިދިޔަ ހޯމަދުވަހު އެވެ.

މީގެ ކުރިންވެސް މިފަދަ އެތައްކަމެއް ހޯލްގެ ޖަލުގައި އަޞީރު ކުރެވިފައިވާ މުސްލިމުންނާއި މެދު ހިންގާފައިވާކަން އެގިފައިވެއެވެ.

ހޯލްގެ ޖަލުގައި މިފަދަ ކަންކަން އިތުރުވަމުން އައުމާއި ގުޅިގެން UNICEF އިން ވެސްވަނީ އެކި ޤައުމުތަކަށް ނިސްބަތްވާ ފަރާތްތައް އެޤައުމަކަށް އަނބުރާ ގެންދިއުމަށް ގޮވާލާފައެވެ.

އެހެން ނަމަވެސް ދިވެހި ރާއްޖެއިން އަދިމިހާތަނަށް އަޞީރު ވެފައިތިބި ދިވެހި އުޚްތުންނާއި، ތުއްތު ކުދީން އަނބުރާ ދިވެހި ރާއްޖެއަށް ގެންދިއުމަށް އެއްވެސް ވަރަކަށް މަސައްކަތް ނުކުރާކަން ފާހަގަ ކޮއްލެވެއެވެ.

Some of the injured Maldivian children healing without any medical assistance while others were taken and given poor basic available medical assistance.
