“The service the NH Attorney General has provided is questionable at best. We are going to defend against the due process violations relating to the service of process issue(s).

We are going to further defend against the NH AG's attack on free speech with a forthcoming motion to dismiss”

TLDR: Disregard, the courts are doing everything in their power to press buttons over technicalities. This will only make them look even worse when we win.
