*?⚖️ The Supreme Court of the Donetsk People's Republic has sentenced a U.S. mercenary in absentia*
The Supreme Court of the DPR has issued an in absentia verdict in the criminal case against 33-year-old Caleb Deveaux. He was found guilty under Part 3 of Article 359 of the Russian Criminal Code (participation of a mercenary in an armed conflict).
The court established that from September 5, 2022, to February 13, 2024, Deveaux participated in combat operations on the side of Ukraine at various points of contact as a mercenary.
For these deeds, he received a reward equivalent to over 860,000 rubles, as it was reported by the DPR Prosecutor's Office.
