Luke 6:27-28 (NLT)
²⁷“But to you who are willing to listen, I say, love your enemies! Do good to those who hate you. ²⁸Bless those who curse you. Pray for those who hurt you.

It isn't always easy to apply what this verse says, in fact, most times I find it difficult...very difficult.

Ask yourself these questions honestly. Do you love your enemies? Do you do good to those who hate you? Do you bless those who curse you? Do you pray for those who mistreat you?

We always say that we want to be more like Jesus. This is a way to be more like Him. Ask God to reveal what is in your heart that is keeping you from living this principle out. Ask Him to help you apply these verses in your daily life.

Romans 12:2 urges us not to mimic worldly patterns but to embrace transformation through mind renewal. This shift, grounded in God’s truth, aligns us with His will, revealing what is truly valuable and aligning with His desires. It’s a call to continual growth and spiritual evolution, guiding us to live out God’s character and intentions in our daily actions.

Be Heavy on the “Thank You God” Today

Today, let’s take a moment to pause and go heavy on our gratitude. It’s easy to rush through life, focusing on what’s next or what we don’t have. But when we stop and say “thank you, God,” we remember the blessings that are already here—big and small. From the breath in our lungs to the moments of joy and even the challenges that shape us, God is in the details. So today, let’s intentionally overflow with thanks, recognizing His goodness in every part of our lives.

"Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good; his love endures forever.”

Isaiah 40:8 says “The grass withers and the flowers fall, but the word of our God endures forever.”

In a world where so much is temporary, God’s Word stands eternal. It never fades or loses its power. The promises in Scripture remain true across all time and circumstances. When everything around you seems to change or fall away, hold tightly to the enduring truth of God’s Word. His promises are steadfast and reliable, offering you a firm foundation in an ever-shifting world. Trust in the unchanging Word of God.

Each day is a fresh start, an opportunity to embrace God’s grace. Psalm 118:24 reminds us to rejoice in the day the Lord has made, regardless of yesterday’s challenges. Take a moment to reflect on your blessings, both big and small, and consider how you can express gratitude today. Pray for the awareness to see God’s presence in each moment and the strength to share that joy with others. 🖤

John 14:27 “Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.”
Jesus offers us a peace that surpasses all understanding, a peace that the world cannot give. When we face anxiety and fear, we can find solace in Christ’s promise. His peace calms our hearts and minds, assuring us of His constant presence and unfailing love. ??

Focus on God’s View of You
It’s easy to get caught up in what others think about us, constantly seeking approval and validation from those around us. However, true peace and purpose come from focusing on what God thinks of us. He sees our hearts, knows our true intentions, and loves us unconditionally. When we prioritize His opinion over that of others, we can live more authentically and confidently. God’s thoughts toward us are filled with love, grace, and purpose, reminding us that we are His beloved children. Let’s anchor our worth in His unwavering love and let go of the fleeting judgments of others.
