In response to community requests, we have made the decision to establish a designated time for tax sells in order to prevent potential FUD.

Tax selling is necessary to cover our marketing and development expenses and to ensure the ongoing progress of Readme. This aligns with the fair launch model we have adopted.

Any tax sell will occur at 3 pm UTC, regardless of the current price. The value of each transaction in USDT will not exceed $3,000.

Please note that tax sells will only be initiated when the team requires additional funds, and they will not take place on a daily basis.

In order to provide complete clarity and address any potential questions, we would like to explain the following:

As part of our fair launch model, we have to sell a portion of the fees collected to cover marketing and development costs. This is an implicit aspect of the fair launch approach.

The taxes generated from trades are stored within the contract. To access these fees and transfer them to the Marketing Wallet, we utilize the "Transfer All Tokens" function.

It is important to note that READ tokens are not mintable, meaning new tokens cannot be created out of thin air. Additionally, the liquidity and tokens allocated for the Ecosystem, Marketing, Team, and Incentives are all vested.
