one of the worst feelings in life is feeling unappreciated. that feeling like you always do so much for others, care too much, pour so much, but it isn’t valued or reciprocated. sometimes it’s even worst when you realize that they don't need you at all.

when you try everything to distract yourself but still have this heavy hurtful empty void in your heart.

they always say that silent treatment is toxic. but no one talks about the reason behind everyone‘s silence. all the misunderstanding, invalidation and blaming that made us stop explaining our side.
