So‘g‘lom va toza yurishni o‘rganish uchun quyidagi maslahatlardan foydalanishingiz mumkin:
1.🚶♀➡️🌷 Yurish tartibini belgilang:
Har kuni ma'lum bir vaqtda yurishga harakat qiling. Masalan, ertalab yoki kunduzi.
2🚶♀➡️. Yurish masofasini oshiring:
Har kuni oz-ozdan yurish masofasini oshirib boring. Avval 15-20 daqiqa, keyin 30 daqiqa va hokazo.
3🌫☁️. Toza havoda yurish:
Park yoki ochiq havoda yurish, tabiiy muhitda bo‘lish sizning sog‘lig‘ingizga foydali.
Yurishdan oldin va keyin suyuqlik ichishni unutmang. Suv tanani toza saqlaydi va organizmni energiya bilan ta'minlaydi.

Yurishdan tashqari, sog‘lom ovqatlanish ham muhim. Meva, sabzavotlar va to'yimli ozuqalarni iste'mol qiling.
