💎TON becomes cryptocurrency of the year

The Crypto Of The Year Award is granted by CoinMarketCap to the most influential cryptocurrencies of the past year, regardless of market capitalization, and TON's victory proves our point once again.

For this prize, The Open Network was competing with nominees such as: Solana, Ethereum, Ripple, and Chainlink. TON got 30,258 votes, surpassing Solana (17,378) and Ethereum (8,451).

Over the past year, TON has brought more users into the Web3 world than any other blockchain, all thanks to its integration into the Telegram messenger.
On September 13th, during the TOKEN2049 conference, TON Foundation announced its official partnership with Telegram, marked by the integration of @wallet into the messenger's main menu.

On April 13th and 14th, the Web3/AI Summit will take place in Hong Kong, focused on cutting-edge technologies such as Web3 and artificial intelligence. TON and Telegram are proudly sponsoring this summit and will be speaking about its Web3 ecosystem within our beloved messenger. Should we expect an announcement of a stablecoin on the TON network? - We'll find out in April.

Last year, our blockchain won the award for "Developer Community of the Year" at the AIBC Awards Eurasia 2023, and we are confident these achievements are just getting started.

💎New Horizons in the TON Ecosystem

The TON ecosystem continues its rapid development, thanks in large part to the contribution of prominent individuals such as Mark Okhman. He spearheaded the TON Grants & Bounties program, which generated over 500 different proposals. Furthermore, he played a significant role in expanding and strengthening the community, as well as drawing attention to Web3 technologies.

Eager to meet new challenges, Mark directed his efforts toward advancing the XTON project. This platform is set to expand the ecosystem by harnessing Web3 crowdfunding and help achieve TON Foundation's mission: one billion users. By integrating the advantages of EVM blockchains, vast Telegram audience, and capabilities of TON, XTON will become a powerful tool in boosting community development and various projects within the ecosystem.

As Mark aims to attract investors from EVM networks, his project requires your support on Twitter, where most of the crypto community is based right now.

📈New TON incentives on the way!

TON Foundation is about to launch an exclusive beta of a rewards program covering the entire ecosystem.

Users can expect not only LP boosts but also open KPI-based competitions, as well as airdrops and giveaways from projects and a variety of other gamified incentives.

We've learned some details about this program:
- Closed beta testing will take place in March
- 10-15 projects will participate initially
- Further expansion and introduction of 'seasons' in April
- Weekly LP rewards for selected token pools from TON-based projects, both on DeDust and STONfi.
