starting from the latest postage notice, i will be using flash express. as much as i love j&t service for being fast, lately they’ve been so 👎🏻. and i noticed that both of cases below happened when im in seremban sebab kalau i post dari perak tak pernah lagi buyer bagitahu dapat parcel problem. first case, one of our buyer’s pc kena kepak dua (?) like yk how hard it is to bend cardboard + bubblewrap. second case, our buyer received kotak terkoyak + j&t sellotape balik guna their fragile tape and a plastic case containing 10+ pcs hilang macam tu je. the box was in perfect condition before shipping. lastly, j&t tak offer pickup dekat my area. its a hassle for me to travel at least 15-20 minutes to drop off parcels with my tight schedule.

first of all, i would like to express my gratitude to everyone who has supported us throughout our journey. cocobear would not be where it is today without your warm support. thank you for trusting our services and for choosing us as one of your favorite yangdo channels. i truly appreciate each and every one of you.

sadly to announce cocobear will be on hiatus until february. this is because, personally i could not handle postage and a lot items with my busy schedule. this semester really drain me a lot. every week i have report submissions + presentations. in addition, i rasa bersalah since you guys kena tunggu lama for me to pack and do postage :( currently i pun tak dapat nak pack a lot of items because of my tight schedule 🙏🏻

if you’re asking me why not i just hire a packing admin. my answer is my trust issues. i’ve encountered several times as a buyer where the postage admin of channel i bought from ada problem (irresponsible/mia/etc) and i dont want the same thing happen to my channel, and my buyers.

despite of our hiatus, updates will be provided accordingly on otw items and current gos. also, postage will be continued as usual and postage will be done on weekend only.
