When it comes to relationship and beeing great a man/women, it could be good to orientate yourself on our ancient european ancestors.

How did the men treated the women? How the women treated their men? How was the relation to each other in their societies? What clothes did they wear and why they wear it in a specific way?

In most of the old native european cultures and ethnic groups (Germanics, Greeks and so on) there existed high values when it comes to marriage, family and relationship between man and woman. Values ​​like fidelity, chastity, honor and so on played a big role in many tribes.

Stress destroys a woman.

To be fully woman a woman needs to be at home in a peaceful environment where she can fulfill herself. A woman's task is carrying for others and the spread of love for the family and society. A woman that is working and cannot spread love is useless for a any man.

It's the task of the men to protect and provide the family with money, food and resources.

We should perfect ourselves and walk the path that is meant for us. A man has to walk a different path than a woman. It's against our masculine or feminine nature to take on a role that isn't meant for us (even if we're good at it). In the end we must be happy. To be happy we must follow nature.

Especially for men it is important to train the mind and stay focused. The body and mind training is very important.

In old times men were hunters. They needed to have a sharp mind and calm breath to survive and bring food home for their wives and children. Nothing should bring a man too much out of control!

Are you addicted?

If you need to take your phone in the hand again and again without having a real goal, without real awareness, just giving you a small dopamine "kick" again swiping trough the newsfeed then one can say you are probably addicted.

Use technology especially your phone with awareness! Write messages with awareness. THINK before you write something!

If you cannot control yourself/your mind, then meditation or similar practices might be very important for you!
