Stress destroys a woman.

To be fully woman a woman needs to be at home in a peaceful environment where she can fulfill herself. A woman's task is carrying for others and the spread of love for the family and society. A woman that is working and cannot spread love is useless for a any man.

It's the task of the men to protect and provide the family with money, food and resources.

We should perfect ourselves and walk the path that is meant for us. A man has to walk a different path than a woman. It's against our masculine or feminine nature to take on a role that isn't meant for us (even if we're good at it). In the end we must be happy. To be happy we must follow nature.
