SAMPLE:

A few months ago, I had an issue with a restaurant where I usually dine. It was early May, and I was celebrating my birthday. Unfortunately, the service was extremely slow, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and not as I had ordered.

I decided to speak to the restaurant manager about the problem. I explained the delay and the poor quality of the food. The manager was very understanding and apologized for the inconvenience. He offered to replace the meal or give a discount on the bill, which I appreciated.

I was satisfied with the result because the manager's response was respectful and proactive. The way he handled the situation showed that the restaurant valued my feedback and was committed to improving their service. I felt my concerns were taken seriously, which made me feel valued as a customer. The replacement meal was much better, and they even called me later to make sure I was satisfied. This made me trust the restaurant again and look forward to returning.

SAMPLE:

A few weeks ago, I went to a birthday party for one of my classmates. It was a casual gathering with a lot of young people from our school. During the party, I met a girl named Solihabegim.

Solihabegim is a high school student like me, but we hadn’t really talked much before. We started chatting about our classes and which subjects we liked. Then, we found out that we both love video games, especially adventure games. This got us really excited, and we spent most of the party talking about our favorite games, characters, and strategies.

Solihabegim was easy to talk to because she was friendly and shared my enthusiasm for gaming. We even exchanged tips on how to beat certain levels and talked about the latest game releases. It was cool to meet someone who enjoys the same things I do, especially since not all of my friends are into video games.

I enjoyed talking with Solihabegim because we had a lot in common, and the conversation was fun and relaxed. It made the party more enjoyable, and I’m glad I got to know her better. Now, we often chat about subjects, fashion and games at school, and I feel like I’ve made a new friend.
