In response to the queries regarding the weight of Quantitative Methods (QM) assessment components, please note that to calculate your overall grade in QM, you should consider 60% of your final exam outcome and 40% from the in-class test. This breakdown is designed to provide a clear understanding of how each assessment component contributes to your final grade.

To ensure transparency and fairness, I want to remind all students that at the end of semester 2, you will have the opportunity to request a copy of your exam scripts. This will give you insight into the evaluation process and serve as a basis for any potential appeals.

Dear CIFS students,

Please take note of the following details:
1. Exam Slots:
Morning Slot: 10:00 AM
Afternoon Slot: 3:00 PM
2. Arrival Time:
Please make sure to arrive at least 40 minutes before the scheduled start time of your exam.
This ensures a smooth check-in process and allows you ample time to settle in before the exam begins.
3. ID card:
Don't forget to bring your ID card with you. It is a crucial requirement for admission to the exam.
4. Slot-Specific Rules:
Students assigned to the morning slot are strictly prohibited from taking the exam in the afternoon slot, and vice versa. Please adhere to your assigned time to avoid any complications.

The solutions to the sample exam questions and Jeopardy are now available on the intranet. These solutions are a wonderful resource for reinforcing your learning and preparing you for the final assessment. 
I've gotten multiple responses from students asking clarification on the final exam themes. During the revision lecture, I addressed this question. If you missed anything, I strongly advise you to go over the revision lecture again to ensure you have a thorough comprehension of the exam themes.
Thank you to those students who took the time to complete the recent survey and give their honest views. Your feedback is critical in identifying and addressing issues in the Quantitative Methods module.
