That direct communication with Rep Lesser is important. I enjoyed talking to several chairs on the phone tomight. What a blessing to have all these connections with amazing people. We have a lot of important work to do next week. I will be making talking points from Aaron Davidson's report. I can't believe how soon the election is. We must do all we can in the time we have left.

This is Casandra Peacock. She is the chair of Impact Council 10. She texted Rep Lesser the talking point about ERIC and that Utah needs to get out of it.

She called me and said Rep Lesser had responded and asked why we needed to get out of ERIC when it notifies states if someone moves across state lines.

I worked with Cassandra so she would have a response. This is what she sent:

Hi Rep Lesser,
The problems with ERIC outweigh any benefits. Utah should not be outsourcing the maintenance of our voter rolls to an organization that doesn't require any names to actually be removed from the rolls. According to ERIC'S bylaws states provide voter registration and DMV records to ERIC. Utah needs to protect the private information of its citizens and maintain its own voter rolls where names are actually removed. Look at this presentation from Jay Valentine, who just came to Utah. He uses fractal technology to clean the voter rolls. Many states he has worked in are ERIC states, and he shoes how many anomalies are in the voter rolls.

I just received the following text. My husband had someone come up to him today and say that Phil dropped out of the race.

EMERGENCY ACTION NEEDED
The email from the lieutenant governor's office to voters has confused many people to believe that Phil Lyman has dropped out of the race. I believe this was intentional on the lieutenant Governor's part as she mentioned nothing about Phil Lyman's race but commented about the decoy candidate, saying Richard Lyman is dropping out. But many people still did not know that there was more Lyman's than one in the race. I have had calls and comments about "Has Phil Lyman dropped out?"

Please update your shirts to say Phil is still running! Put signs on your car as you go to church on Sunday Phil Lyman is still running! Put signs on your Lyman signs Phil is still running!

Also document comments and questions of people confused about Phil running or not.

Pass this out to everyone. We need to correct the intentional omission of the lieutenant governor!

Here we are again with another finalized rule from the EPA that far surpasses the authority of that agency. It is unbelievable that our own government is trying to turn off our lights. This new rule gives unattainable emission standards by 3032. This green agenda is not based on science, but on the desire to conglomerate power within the federal government. I will ask Rep Colin Jack his thoughts. He is very knowledgeable in this area. Utah needs to use SB57 and let the federal government know we won't comply.
