‘Tip of the iceberg’: Furry hacking group SiegedSec announces breach of 2 Israeli companies

'This is only the tip of the iceberg of what we're working on.'

**Threat intel detected an iOS iMessage zero-day exploit for sale in the Dark Web. It is a zero click exploit to take over control of the phone via iMessages. Its asking price is $2M. This would make sense for very high value individual targets, as more the zero-day is used, more likely it is caught in the wild by researchers.

A group of hackers believed to be from Russia is taking advantage of this vulnerability and targeting IOS users in Vietnam.

Recommended action to guard against this iMessage exploit; disable iMessages ASAP until Apple patches this.
