Exercise:

Make a list of the qualities you want to find in your ideal community members.
Write down the skills, personality traits, some things you would like for them to have experience in, what you would like for them to bring to the table, etc.

(Bonus points: For those of you who have a very clear vision for the community you want to build/join and you have your core values written down as well.)
