Token Utility: Multiple layers of $TFI utility will exist at launch:
Node operators (requires min. 300,000 staked TFI): The node operator ensures availability of the data by maintaining the necessary infrastructure and updating the Trudata software stack. Estimated yield 20%

Delegated proof-of stake: Participants can delegate their $TFI to a node operator in return for yield. Requires 100k minimum $TFI with estimated 20% yield.

End Users: Defi, TradFi and B2B customers pay for Truflation data streams using $TFI tokens, or in some cases pay in stable coins, a portion of which is used for $TFI buybacks.

Verification Staking Pool: Users have the right to dispute the data by staking tokens with the Qualification and Verification Pool and earn yield in the event of a successful dispute as determined by the DataDAO.

Governance Staking: users can lock their $TFI in return for time-based yield, and to receive veTFI tokens, which grant holders voting rights in the DataDAO to govern decisions related to token distributions and rewards, data category selections, market strategies, and much more. Additionally, veTFI token holders are awarded a portion of the protocol fees for their active participation, as well as slashing rewards. All locked private sale tokens will automatically be considered staked and therefore private sale participants will be able to earn yield and participate in governance based on their vested tokens.
