Unbalanced indexer activity
I have 3 indexers configured using Prowlarr. Over the past week, I've been watching stats for all three. Each is configured with the same default weight of 25. One of the three however has a number of grabs that is equal to the other two combined. I would have thought this metric should be more equally balanced between the three. Am I misunderstanding how this should work or is there something potentially misconfigured? Thanks.

Is UseNext any good?
I am relatively new to using the Usenet, so please forgive me for any wrong terminology.
Up until now, I have been using UseNext witch Momentum as client (news reader?), for browsing and downloading nzb files, as that was recommended to me, but I have noticed that there are many other providers with much better deals out there, where I would pay less and get a lot more, like usenet farm or Eweka. Does anyone have any experience with those in combination with Momentum or any other advice?

How to protect my anonymity from my ISP?
Hi all bit of a noobie here I'm utilizing NZBgeek + Frugal + NZBGet this to get content for my personal plex. How can I make sure my ISP doesn't spy on my traffic? I have a Nord VPN account my dad already pays.. I understand that to really hide my traffic I need a lot of steps but gladly I live in a country that cares very little about what you do in the internet (Netherlands). How can I protect myslef a bit?

Streaming from an indexer
Still fairly new to Usenet so my experience was mostly using the Newshosting app or SabNZB to download things until disk space became an issue. I was about to cancel when they offered a loyalty deal which included EasyNews access so I thought why not. Loved the way I could stream almost everything I wanted instead of downloading.
Problem is that some nzbs that I can find on indexers like DrunkenSlug etc are not visible in EasyNews. Is there a way to bridge this gap? Or any other way to stream nzbs found on indexers?
Thanks in advance

Need affordable providers for a wide variety of content.
Hi all.
I am running 4 different machines across 4 different locations, each has a different IP address, and this has been an issue with some providers.
Right now, I am subscribed to a number of providers, to cover multple backbones, I use SunnyUsenet for Omicron, SunnyUsetnet doesn't seem to have an issue with multiple connections from different IP addresses, as long as I stay within the connection limit, second provider is EasyUsenet for the Abavia backbone - like with Sunnyusenet, they don't mind multiple IP addresses, and UseNetnews which covers usenet.farm, Usenet Express, and Uzo Reto respectively. All this reduces my missing articles, I had for many months depended on SunnyUsenet, and only signed up to the others yesterday. I noticed an immediate reduction in my missing articles, and many which were continuously missing, now seem to download, but I still get missing articles, despite additional accounts purchased.
and also Usenet news confirmed they are limited to one IP address at a time, which means I have had to put three of my locations out of service till I get something sorted. Their option was they were willing to give me a discount on multiple frugalusenet accounts, which is something I would consider, but not sure if I would be affected as Frugal doesn't have as many backbone providers, and before I do anything, I thought I would ask the community , on their way forward. Which is a balance between cost, running it on 4 servers, and having the best possible coverage of as many of the big backbones as I possibly can, I don't want to spend thousands, I just want something which is able to give me the best performance at the best price within reason. Preferably looking for something like Usenet news which gives me access to multiple backbones with one subscription.
Looking forward to responses.
Thanks
NZBGeek search function.
I’ve been a subscriber for years and before they went to a new layout you used to be able to sort a search by name. Does anyone know how to do this currently? For such an amazing site it tends to be a very big flaw.
I know it’s been years already but for some reason this just popped up in my head again.
