Among other things, this Resolution fulfills the function of a Sovereign unilateral Transfer Act of the Right to own, control, register, dispose and manage Bank of Russia Banknotes (Russian ruble), based on and in accordance with International Laws (listed in Resolutions of the Sovereign International Treasury Monetary One).

TRANSITION TO THE GOLD STANDARD
The World Sovereign Bank of the Order of Hospitallers is dedicated to upholding international banking standards to ensure stability in the global financial system. One of the key frameworks that the bank actively applies is the Basel framework, specifically Basel III for the transition to the Gold Standard.

The new financial system provides for the transition to the use of only valid money backed by gold, with the complete elimination by 2030 (withdrawal from circulation) of fiat money formed during the functioning of the Bretton Woods system and the subsequent Jamaican Monetary System.
