What's the condition of Shaykh Saalih As-Suheymi?

*📩*🔸Answer:**

Shaykh Saalih As-Suheymi may Allah grant him success today has been surrounded by the trialed Baraaamikah to reach their goal with him, as they did before with Shaykh Rabee' and Al-Jaabiri and Ibn Haadi.

And they succeeded somewhat.

So As-Suheymi started giving Fatwa to enrol in the International Islamic University in Aden and praises upon its curricula.

And he advised to take knowledge from Muhammad Al-Imam, Al-Bur'i, Abdullah Al-Mar'i and the sons of Al-Wusaabi.

And he doesn't indicate to the Shaykh of the Salafi Da'wah in Yemen, and it's scholar in truth, our Shaykh Al-Hajoori. Nor besides him of the Mashaayikh of the Sunnah; those who really produce from their Centres and upon their hands produce worthy peerless students of knowledge with knowledge based benefit and insight in Manhaj.

Rather he indirects our Shaykh Yahya may Allah grant him correctness and says that he has dangerous slip ups.

He also belittles the affair of the Watheeqah of Muhammad Al-Imam with the heretic Huthis, that wicked oppressive Watheeqah which laid waste to the creed of Tawheed from its basis.

And he encourages the students of knowledge to read the Khalifi "Al-Ibaanah" by Muhammad Al-Imam, and describes it as being a great valuable book which is to be written in golden ink, and that its like wasn't authored in this era.

And add to this his call in Britain to the convergence of the people of Tamyee' from the followers of  Abul Hassan Al-Misri and Ali Al-Halabi with the Salafis.

Similarly his visiting and his praise of some of the heads of "Ansaar As-Sunnah Al-Muhamadiyyah" in Sudan.

And all of this is misleading and deception of the students of knowledge and treachery to the Salafi Da'wah.

And:

I have heard about the sect called al-Ashaa'irah. Could you summarize them?

al-Ashaa'irah are one of the misguided sects.

They are attributed to Abul Hassan al-Ash'aree, the one that returned to the madhab of ahl as-Sunnah at the end (of his life).

From their false beliefs is the distortion of the attributes (of Allaah), except some of them (they accept without distortion).

Negating the loftiness and the rising (of Allaah).

Negating the characteristic of speech (of Allaah).

Negation that the Qur'aan is the speech of Allaah.

They take al-Irjaa' as a position.

They take the position of Al-Jabr in the subject matter Al-Qadr.

They precede the intellect before the texts.

Salamah bin Shabeeb, may Allah have mercy upon him, said: "I was with Abdurrazaaq, then the death of Abdulmajeed reached, whereby he said: "All praise is to Allah who has granted ease to the Ummah of Muhammad from Abdulmajeed".

And Abdulmajeed bin Abu Rawwaad was from the head figures of the Murji'ah.

And we say: "Alhamdulilah who granted ease to the Ummah of Muhammad from Abdulmajeed Az-Zindaani".

⬇️Question:
There is a common occurrence among Muslims residing in Europe, America, and elsewhere, which is called “GoFundMe”.

It is basically a campaign to collect money, carried out by a person or a group. For purposes, such as (and is not limited to): cooperating with a patient needing treatment in a certain country, which costs a big sum of money, so the owner of this campaign, through social media, invites people to donate to this patient, and they may be their relatives or friends.

Does this fall under the blameful begging?

➤Answer: ⤵️****
This is only done by someone who is known to be lenient in this matter, and it is one of the entry points to Hizbiyyah, and there is no doubt that it contains a harm, and it is begging or what leads to this, especially when it is directed through social media! To those whose conditions are known and those who are not!

This action is of the same type of affairs which Ahlussunnah rebuke against the Hizbis from the charity organisations and others, those who have begun to dispose much of the wealth they collect for their personal interests and the interests of those who are bigoted and partisan with them!

This is not the kind of praiseworthy intercession that is directed to those who are known for giving out good, who have put this notion out, and gave permission for this, and is satisfied with this, and prepared themselves for this, so there is a difference between them.

The more a person adheres to the Sunnah, the further they are from the crooked paths, the paths of begging or looking forward - being eager, the more they're abstinent from what people have with them, and are more desiring of the Hereafter.

1. ABU HANIFAH:

❝Weak in Aqeedah, Fiqh and Hadith. For this reason Ibn Hibbaan said in "Al-Mujruhuun": "He narrated hundred and thirty Hadiths, he doesn't have anything else in the dunya, and made mistakes regarding hundred and twenty, for this reason he deserved being abandoned"❞.

He said this on the evening of As-Sabt, 5/1/1432H

And on the evening of Al-Khamees, ?/11/1427H:

❝He leant to opinion based reasoning, desiring it, because Al-A'mash was from his peers, and he was from the Imams of the people of Kufa in Hadith, and the Imams that gathered the Hadiths were present, so it wasn't that Abu Hanifah didn't find the Hadiths, rather as it's been said:

إن كنت كاذبة بما حدثتني    ---    فعليك إثم أبي حنيفة أو زفر
If you are lying in what you have narrated to me    ---   upon you is the sin of Abu Hanifah or Zufar
الماثلين إلى القياس تعمدا * و الراغبين عن التمسك بالخبر
Those that go towards Qiyaas intentionally and turn away from holding onto the narrations.❞

And on the evening of As-Sabt, 12/5/1429H, he said:

❝Abu Hanifah Nu'maan bin Thaabit is a Murji, and the Murji'ah are innovators, so Abu Hanifah is an innovator, even if his people become angry❞. (2)

🎙❝The statement of Shaykh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah rahimahullaah in his 'Laamiyyah': “This is the belief of Shaafi'ee and Maalik and Abu Hanifah, then Ahmed relays it.”

There is no mention that he is an Imaam. This which Shaykh ul-Islaam mentioned in this poem, Abu Hanifah says this and in other Masaa'il (topics) Abu Hanifah opposed.

From that which Ibn Taymiyyah mentioned rahimahullaah. So his statement: “This is the belief of Shaafi'ee and Maalik and Abu Hanifah, then Ahmed....” there is no tazkiyyah in it for Abu Hanifah.

Then even if Shaykh ul-Islaam gave him tazkiyyah, Shaykh ul-Islaam is a late comer, this is one affair, and the second affair, even if Shaykh ul-Islaam praised him and said he is an Imaam from the Imaams.

Then indeed he is opposed by the statements of those who criticized him. And if the Ta'deel is opposed by the Jarh, the Jarh is looked into. So if the Jarh is explained, the Jarh is accepted, even if a million people gave him tazkiyyah, it has no benefit at the presence of the Jarh Mufassar (detailed).

This is a principle from the principles of the scholars of Hadeeth, that the detailed criticism takes precedence over general praise. That is a general praise, as for this, this is a detailed criticism. So the detailed criticism is given precedence over the general praise.

And there are many Masaa'il like this. There is a treatise authored by Al-Haafidh Ibn Hajr Al-Haythamee whereby he strongly defends Abu Hanifah. Some of them reach the level of this Ta'assub (fanaticm).

And Ibn Hajr Al-Haythamee is a late comer, not Ibn Hajr Al-Asqalaani, he is a Haafidh, as for this one he is laa ba's but he's a fanatic. Also Subaa'i as was mentioned authored a writing of praise, and Suyuti and other than him, plenty. Plenty authored for Abu Hanifah and praised Abu Hanifah, so it is as preceded, one of three people;

- Either one whose speech is not considered
- Or either a fanatic
- Or either he retracted from this tazkiyyah
- Or either also what is added is that this is a general praise, those who defended him, their praise is general, and the criticism concerning him is a detailed criticism.

One of them authored a writing refuting Ibn Abi Shaybah. This is a mistake, that which Ibn Abi Shaybah mentioned about Abu Hanifah is with authentic chains, statement of Imaams of those who lived during his time, they spoke against him, spoke against him and criticized him. Imaam Maalik used to criticise Abu Hanifah, he said: "He plotted against the religion (thrice)."

Likewise Ibn ul-Mubaarak spoke against him and other than him from the people of knowledge. This is fanaticism, he goes refuting Ibn Abi Shaybah, miskeen! Likewise now, some of them have appeared criticising these great Imaams like Shaykh Ibn Baaz, Uthaymeen comes and they cause doubts around their Fatwas. And Likewise Imaam Albaani and they caused doubts around them. Imaam Al-Waadi'ee, and he says we need to revise what these ones have said about those they declared Hizbis, what they said about so and so and so and so for the sake of causing doubts. This speech is not considered. The one who criticizes these Imaams is not on the straight path. Either Rafdh is emanating from him, or either Tasawwuf is emanating from him, or either he has despicable Hizbiyyah with him, the one who speaks ill of these Imaams is a Hizbi! and causes doubts concerning them and entices doubts about them, this path of these ones is not upright, be cautious of these ones, know that the one who speaks ill of these ones is upon deviation and upon misguidance and upon innovation and upon desires!..❞
