We recently put out a post that was not in good faith about another vendor’s product (HowlOut). Our thoughts on this are simple - we should not have acted the way we did.

We are grateful every day that we get to make things for you all to enjoy. As a vendor inside a very niche but vibrant community, it’s our duty to help one another, and because we failed to do so, we sincerely apologize.

Moving forward, we will commit to higher standards and practices. This community is a place to shine, not to tear others down. Again, we are deeply sorry. Thank you all for your continued love and support.
