Updated 5ire tokenomics

Dear DAOLaunch community,

We have an important update regarding our investment in the 5ire project. 5ire has recently made some changes to their tokenomics and vesting schedules. As a result, we want to keep you informed about these updates and provide a comparison to the previous terms. Please be aware that our DAOLaunch users have the option to refund their investment based on the new terms.

Here's a comparison of the previous and updated tokenomics for 5ire:

Previous Tokenomics:
・Total supply: 1,500,000,000
・Initial market cap: $1,750,000
・Price for Pre Sale3 (Our invested price): $0.0843
・Price for Public Sale: $0.3
・Cliff: 2 months
・Vesting: 12 months (0.5% daily in 14 days at TGE, then linear vesting)

Updated Tokenomics:
・Total supply: 12,425,000,000
・Initial market cap: $13,250,000
・Price for Private3: $0.01
・Price for Public Sale: $0.05
・Cliff: 12 months
・Vesting: 25 months, no vesting at TGE
・5ire will conduct public sales on centralized exchanges (CEXs)

The prices for Angel, Private1, and Private2 are not publicly disclosed, but according to 5ire's core members, the price difference between Angels and Private3 investors will be at most 20-30% for each stage. The cliff and vesting periods for Angel, Private1, Private2, and Private3 investors are now the same under the updated terms.
