پس از عرض سلام و احترام، به اطلاع می رساند که گواهی های ارائه دهندگان و شرکت‌کنندگان محترم، پیش از این، از طریق ایمیل ارسال گردیده و ایمیل‌های ارسالی شما عزیزان در خصوص اشکالات احتمالی پاسخ داده شده است. با توجه به آغاز فرآیند تلسی 21، بدینوسیله از شما دعوت می‌گردد چنانچه در متن گواهی‌های ارسالی شما یا در کتابچه چکیده موارد اصلاحی وجود دارد و یا احیانا موردی جا مانده است، حداکثر تا پایان روز ۸ اردیبهشت 1403 صرفا از طریق ایمیل زیر، مراتب را به تیم اجرایی ما جهت بررسی منتقل فرمایید. همچنین یادآور می‌گردد که وفق اطلاع‌رسانی‌های منتشر شده در ابتدای فرآیند ثبت‌نام، گواهی تنها برای پژوهشگرانی صادر گردیده است که برای هر یک از مقاله‌های مد نظر به صورت مجزا و طبق دستورالعمل ثبت‌نام خود را از طریق ایمیل نهایی کرده‌اند. لذا، با توجه به پایان ثبت‌نام و همایش، از شما تقاضا می‌گردد، چنانچه در موعد مقرر امر ثبت‌نام را نهایی نکرده‌اید از ارسال تقاضای دریافت گواهی خودداری فرمایید. اصلاحات کتابچه چکیده در همین کانال ارسال خواهد شد و درباره ارسال گواهی‌های اصلاح‌شده نیز از همین طریق اطلاع‌رسانی می‌گردد.
