Through GovScan, anyone who wants to participate in the Aptos governance process can now delegate their voting power to Delegates they trust, or become Delegates themselves, thus fostering a more direct and informed connection between stakeholders and those governing the network.

Aptos validators, the backbone of the network, can also amplify their role in Aptos governance by registering as Delegates on GovScan. The process is permissionless and easy to go through. In just a few clicks, anyone can become a GovScan Delegate.
