The woman’s guardian is her father; then her paternal grandfathers, no matter how far the line of ascent reaches; then her son and his sons, no matter how far the line of descent reaches (this applies if she has a son); then her (full) brother through her father and mother; then her (half) brother through her father only; then their sons, no matter how far the line of descent reaches; then her paternal uncles; then their children, no matter how far the line of descent reaches; then the father’s paternal uncles; then the ruler. DO I HAVE TO CALL MYSELF SALAFI WHEN GIVING DA'WAH?

QUESTION:

Is it allowed for someone to call the people in his village to the Salafi Da'wah, but he does not make it clear that he is from the callers to Da'wah Salafiyah so that some people may accept? However he only calls them to the truth.

Answer of Sh Rabee:

The caller doesn't say to them "I am Salafi, I am Salafi" However he says to them "This is the book of Allah and the Sunnah of his messenger and he calls them to that.

It isn't a must that he says "I am Salafi, I am Salati but he says to them "This is the book of Allah and the Sunnah of his messenger and this is the Methodology of the Pious predecessors (Salaf), and the Imaams of guidance".

🔴Shaikh Ibn Baaz stated in a fatwa that Zakat is compulsory on paper currency when its value reaches the lesser of the two nisaabs out of silver and gold. (Fatawa Ibn Baaz, 14/125) And the lesser  of the two nisaabs out of the two is silver in our times. So if your money has reached the value of 595 grams of silver, and you have had it for a year, you must pay zakat at 2.5%.

And as for the profits from Trading, it's Hawl (passing of a lunar year) is that of its original capital. And as for the offsprings of free-gazing domesticated livestock, their hawl is that of their mothers. And as for the crops yield, it's hawl is at the time of harvest, and the crops (meant here) are grains and fruits.
