Agricultural Land Managed By APF GROUP

APF GROUP (VERDANT) currently controls agricultural land with a total value exceeding CZK 1.4 billion.

The value of land owned by APF GROUP (VERDANT) exceeded CZK 600 million. The value of managed client land portfolios is reported at CZK 860 million. The positions in the client portfolios will be gradually closed in the following years, and the ownership of the land will pass to APF GROUP (VERDANT) on the basis of concluded contracts on future purchase contracts. We have been creating these portfolios since 2020.

Agricultural land is purchased as part of the group's assets and included in the client's portfolio in accordance with the long-term strategy.

Client Portfolios Value

The total value of client portfolios as of September 30, 2024 was CZK 864,283,068. Compared to the situation as of June 30, 2024, the total value decreased by CZK 17,039,649 (by 1.93%).

The reason for the decrease in the value of the portfolios is the closing of positions by the start of the buyback of land belonging to the APF GROUP (VERDANT).

The total current value of agricultural land under management (own purchased land and client portfolios) exceeded the amount of CZK 1,400 million.

Agricultural Land Tokenisation Project

The agricultural land tokenization project APF GROUP is divided into the following 3 parts:

1) Fund of qualified and professional investors APF GROUP EUROPE SICAV P.L.C.

We expect the start of the fund's activities in accordance with the relevant European legal standards in October 2024.

2) Cryptocurrency exchanges

As part of further use of the token and its liquidity, we are listed on 9 cryptocurrency exchanges. These are MEXC, BingX, LBank, BitMart, XT, P2B, LATOKEN, CoinW, Biconomy.

3) Direct sale of APFC token (primary market) to clients of APF GROUP

Clients of the APF GROUP can take advantage of the APFC token by directly buying into their ownership through an over-the-counter (OTC) purchase contract.

Agricultural Land Owned By APF GROUP

The current total area of agricultural land owned by APF GROUP (VERDANT) is 8,270,848 m² (827.1 ha). The total accounting value of the purchased agricultural land has reached USD 26.6 million (600 million CZK). The amount of advance payments made toward future land purchase prices currently totals USD 2.623.312 (59.145.549 CZK).

During the period from January to August 2024, we acquired 442.4 hectares of agricultural land. The total land area owned by APF GROUP (VERDANT) has increased by 115% since the beginning of 2024. The target area by the end of 2024 is 1,200 hectares.

The acquisition of agricultural land is proceeding in accordance with the long-term investment strategy of APF GROUP (VERDANT) as part of the land consolidation process in selected locations. These include individual cadastral areas in the districts of Znojmo, Břeclav, Hodonín, Uherské Hradiště, Brno-venkov, Vyškov, Kroměříž, Prostějov, Přerov, and Olomouc.
