Rules for the @LendingOwl_Bot chat

7 RULES OF SAFETY IN TECH. CHATS:
1. Do not ask if there are any admins - there are!
2. This is technical chart, so ask you question right away @NoHelloMe
3. Express the thought in one message.
4. Formulate a question first - only then ask it.
5. Read the answers of admins!
6. Do not rush the admins.
7. Do not ever rush the admins

ADDITIONAL RECOMMENDATIONS
(for differently abled people)

  1. Do NOT add: "Help me", "Sir", "???" or "Please, Please, Please" to your messages.
    0.0 Do not call admin by his @ username in chat unless something urgent happened with the whole @LendingOwl_Bot system.
  2. Do not expect that after few days admins will remember your questions - refer to the past messages in chat.
  3. Wishing to help others - answer ONLY if you sure that you know the RIGHT answer.
  4. Read manuals and help materials before you ask the question that is already described in @LendingOwl_Bot.
  5. With your personal and private questions refer to Support Bot @LendingOwlSupportBot
  6. With the general and common questions do NOT write to Support Bot.
  7. Sometimes because of the flood of messages in the chat, admins can miss your question. Kindly remind them of it, if you see that the chat activity is slowed down, but your question have not been answered.
  8. Do not use obscene language in the messages - especially towards anyone or when you refer yourself to anyone personally.
  9. If you have difficulty with understanding of English language (or it is not you native language) - do not rush with the conclusions and especially do not rush to get offended, read admins answers with more attention.
  10. If you did not understand (or not sure whether you understood or not) any of the admin's answers, better reread again.
  11. Do not get involved in a someone else's conversation with meaningless or non-constructive comments.
  12. If you did not understand why you were banned, means you were banned for better. Do not ask to be unbanned until you understand.
  13. Distinguish between Ban and Mute (RO - read only)
  14. If you were given RO for 1 day, then this is for your benefit - it is better to wait for this day so as not to get a week.
  15. In a group, write straight about the case (subject) - no need to ask: weather it possible to ask a question or just state that you have one.
  16. Value your time and the time of those who are trying to help you.
    @NoHelloMe - check it out.
    Do not write:
    - Help!
    - I have a question.
    - Can I ask you a question?
    By asking such questions, you increase the chances of getting a Ban / RO instead of an answer.
  17. Remember: you came to the group with a question, not the group came to you.
  18. Remember: this is not your group and therefore not your rules.
  19. Remember: no one owes you anything, only by definition - they want to help you as long as there is constructivity - technical issues are resolved in technical language, and not in the language of "claims".

We have upgraded, tested and released a new version of the TON payment provider that will handle sending and receiving transactions for @LendingOwl_bot accurately now.
