Narrated Abu Bakr As-Siddiq:

I asked Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) to teach me an invocation so that I may invoke Allah with it in my prayer. He told me to say,

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي ظُلْمًا كَثِيرًا وَلاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ، فَاغْفِرْ لِي مَغْفِرَةً مِنْ عِنْدِكَ، وَارْحَمْنِي إِنَّكَ أَنْتَ الْغَفُورُ الرَّحِيمُ

Allahumma inni zalumtu nafsi zulman kathiran, Wala yaghfiru dh-dhunuba illa anta, fa ghfir li maghfiratan min `indika, wa r-hamni, innaka anta l-ghafuru r-rahim
O Allah! I have done great injustice to myself and none except You forgives sins, so bestow on me a forgiveness from You, and Have Mercy on me, You are the Forgiver, the Merciful

Hadith

Narrated Anas bin Malik:

The Prophet (ﷺ) said to Abu Talha, "Choose one of your boy servants to serve me in my expedition to Khaibar." So, Abu Talha took me letting me ride behind him while I was a boy nearing the age of puberty. I used to serve Allah's Messenger (ﷺ) when he stopped to rest. I heard him saying repeatedly,

اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنَ الْهَمِّ وَالْحَزَنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ

Allahumma inni a’udhu bika minal-hammi wal-Ḥuzni wal-‘ajazi wal-kasli wal-bukhli wal-jubni wa ḍala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijal

"O Allah! I seek refuge with You from distress and sorrow, from helplessness and laziness, from miserliness and cowardice, from being heavily in debt and from being overcome by men."

'Aishah (May ﷲ be pleased with her) reported: "I asked:
"O Messenger of Allah, If I realize Lailat-ul-Qadr (Night of Decree), what should I supplicate in it?"

He (ﷺ) replied: "Say:

اللَّهُمَّ إِنَّكَ عَفُوٌّ تُحِبُّ الْعَفْوَ فَاعْفُ عَنِّي

Allāhumma innaka 'afuwwun tuhibbul-'afwa, fa'fu 'annī

"O Allah! Verily, You are the Oft-Pardoning, You love to Pardon, so pardon me"

??Ya Allah, sesungguhnya Engkau Maha Pemaaf, Engkau suka memaafkan, maka maafkanlah aku

When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) began his prayer, he said:

سُبْحَانَكَ اللَّهُمَّ وَبِحَمْدِكَ وَتَبَارَكَ اسْمُكَ وَتَعَالَى جَدُّكَ وَلاَ إِلَهَ غَيْرُكَSubhānaka Allāhumma wa biḥamdika, wa tabāraka 'smuka, wa ta'ālā jadduka, wa lā 'ilāha ghayruk.Glory be to Thee, O Allah, and Praise be to Thee and Blessed is Thy name, and Exalted is Thy greatness, sand there is no god but Allah.??Mahasuci Engkau, ya Allah, aku sucikan nema-Mu dengan memuji-Mu, Mahaberkah nama-Mu, Mahaluhur keluhuran-Mu dan tidak ilah selain Engkau

Abu Dawud said: This tradition is not well known from 'Abd al-Salam b. Harb. No one narrated this except Talq b. Ghannam. A group of narrators reported the description of prayer from (the narrator) Budail; they did not mention therein this supplication.

Abd al-Rahman b. 'Auf reported:

I asked 'A'isha, the mother of the believers, (to tell me) the words with which the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) commenced the prayer when he got up at night. She said: When he got up at night he would commence his prayer with these words:

اللَّهُمَّ رَبَّ جِبْرَائِيلَ وَمِيكَائِيلَ وَإِسْرَافِيلَ فَاطِرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضِ, عَالِمَ الْغَيْبِ وَالشَّهَادَةِAllāhumma rabba Jibrīla wa Mīkā'ila wa Isrāfīl, fāṭira-samāwāti wal-arḍi ālimal-ghaibi wash-shahādatiO Allah, Lord of Gabriel, and Michael, and Israfil, the Creator of the heavens and the earth, Who knowest the unseen and the seen
??Ya Allah, Tuhan Jibril, Mika`il, dan Israfil. Maha Pencipta langit dan bumi, Maha Mengetahui yang gaib dan yang nyata.أَنْتَ تَحْكُمُ بَيْنَ عِبَادِكَ فِيمَا كَانُوا فِيهِ يَخْتَلِفُونَanta taḥkumu bainaibādika fīmā kānū fīhi yakhtalifūn, You decidest amongst Your servants concerning their differences.
??Engkaulah hakim di antara hamba-hamba-Mu tentang apa yang mereka perselisihkan.اهْدِنِي لِمَا اخْتُلِفَ فِيهِ مِنَ الْحَقِّ بِإِذْنِكَ إِنَّكَ تَهْدِي مَنْ تَشَاءُ إِلَى صِرَاطٍ مُسْتَقِيمٍihdini limakhtulifa fīhi minal-ḥaqqi bi'idhnika innaka tahdī man tashā'u ilā ṣirātin mustaqīmGuide me with Your permission in the divergent views (which the people) hold about Truth, for it is You Who guidest whom You wilt to the Straight Path.??Tunjukilah aku jalan keluar yang benar dari perselisihan mereka. ❄️Istiftah #2 Dua asking forgiveness, guidance and protection from Allah❄️

Ali b. Abu Talib reported that when the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) got up at night for prayer he would say:

وَجَّهْتُ وَجْهِيَ لِلَّذِي فَطَرَ السَّمَوَاتِ وَالأَرْضَ حَنِيفًا وَمَا أَنَا مِنَ الْمُشْرِكِينَWajjahtu wajhiya lilladhī faṭaras-samāwāti wal-arḍa ḥanīfan wa mā ana min al-mushrikīn,I turn my face in complete devotion to One Who is the Originator of the heaven and the earth and I am not of the polytheists.??Aku hadapkan wajahku kepada Allah, Maha Pencipta langit dan bumi dengan keadaan ikhlas dan tidak mempersekutukan-Nya

إِنَّ صَلاَتِي وَنُسُكِي وَمَحْيَاىَ وَمَمَاتِي لِلَّهِ رَبِّ الْعَالَمِينَ لاَ شَرِيكَ لَهُ وَبِذَلِكَ أُمِرْتُ وَأَنَا مِنَ الْمُسْلِمِينinna ṣalātī wa nusukī wa maḥyāya wa mamātī lillāhi rabbil-ālamīn, lā sharīka lahū wa bidhālika umirtu wa ana min al-muslimīn.Verily my prayer, my sacrifice, my living and my dying are for Allah, the Lord of the worlds; There is no partner with Him and this is what I have been commanded (to profess and believe) and I am of the believers.
??****Sesungguhnya salatku, segala ibadahku, hidupku dan matiku, hanya semata-mata untuk Allah Rabb semesta alam. Tidak ada sekutu bagi-Nya, dan karena itu aku patuh kepada perintah-Nya, dan berserah diri kepada-Nya.

اللَّهُمَّ أَنْتَ الْمَلِكُ لاَ إِلَهَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَ ‏.‏ أَنْتَ رَبِّي وَأَنَا عَبْدُكَAllāhumma antal-maliku lā ilāha illā ant, anta rabbī, wa ana abdukaO Allah, You are the King, there is no god but You, You are my Lord, and I am Your bondman.??Ya Allah, Engkaulah Maha Penguasa. Tidak ada Ilah yang berhak disembah selain Engkau. Engkaulah Tuhanku dan aku adalah hamba-Mu.

ظَلَمْتُ نَفْسِي وَاعْتَرَفْتُ بِذَنْبِي فَاغْفِرْ لِي ذُنُوبِي جَمِيعًا إِنَّهُ لاَ يَغْفِرُ الذُّنُوبَ إِلاَّ أَنْتَẓalamtu nafsī wataraftu bidhanbī faghfirlī dhunūbī jamīan, innahū lā yaghfir adh-dhunūba illā ant.I wronged myself and make a confession of my Sin. Forgive all my sins, for no one forgives the sins but You,??Aku telah menzalimi diriku dan aku mengakui dosa-dosaku. Karena itu, ampunilah dosa-dosaku semuanya. Sesungguhnya tidak ada yang berwenang untuk mengampuni segala dosa melainkan Engkau

وَاهْدِنِي لأَحْسَنِ الأَخْلاَقِ لاَ يَهْدِي لأَحْسَنِهَا إِلاَّ أَنْتَWahdinī li-aḥsanil-akhlāqi lā yahdī li-aḥsanihā illā ant.and guide me in the best of conduct for none but You guides anyone (in) good conduct.??Dan tunjukilah kepadaku akhlak yang paling bagus. Sesungguhnya tidak ada yang dapat menunjukkannya melainkan hanya Engkau.

وَاصْرِفْ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا لاَ يَصْرِفُ عَنِّي سَيِّئَهَا إِلاَّ أَنْتَWaṣrif annī sayyi’ahā lā yaṣrifu annī sayyi’aha illā ant.Remove sins from me, for none else but You can remove sins from me.
??Dan jauhkanlah akhlak yang buruk dariku, karena sesungguhnya tidak ada yang sanggup menjauhkannya melainkan hanya Engkau.

لَبَّيْكَ وَسَعْدَيْكَ وَالْخَيْرُ كُلُّهُ فِي يَدَيْكَ وَالشَّرُّ لَيْسَ إِلَيْكLabbayka wa sa’dayka, wa-l-khayru kulluhu bi-yadayka, wa sh-sharru laysa ilayka,Here I am at Your service, and Grace is to You and the whole of good is in Your hand, and one cannot get nearnests to You through evil.??Aku patuhi segala perintah-Mu, dan aku tolong agama-Mu. Segala kebaikan berada di tangan-Mu. Sedangkan kejahatan tidak datang daripada-Mu

أَنَا بِكَ وَإِلَيْكَ تَبَارَكْتَ وَتَعَالَيْتَ أَسْتَغْفِرُكَ وَأَتُوبُ إِلَيْكَanā bika wa ilayka, tabārakta wa ta`ālaita astaghfiruka wa atūbu ilaikMy (power as well as existence) is due to You (Your grace) and I turn to You (for supplication). You are blessed and You are exalted. I seek forgiveness from You and turn to You in repentance.??Aku berpegang teguh dengan-Mu dan kepada-Mu. Mahasuci Engkau dan Mahatinggi. Kumohon ampun dari-Mu dan aku bertobat kepada-Mu

It was narrated that Abu Hurairah said:
“When the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said the Takbir (Allah Akbar), he would remain silent between the Takbir and the recitation.

I said: ‘May my father and mother be ransomed for you! I noticed that you are silent between the Takbir and the recitation; please tell me what you say then.’

He (ﷺ) said, "I say,

اللَّهُمَّ بَاعِدْ بَيْنِي وَبَيْنَ خَطَايَاىَ كَمَا بَاعَدْتَ بَيْنَ الْمَشْرِقِ وَالْمَغْرِبِAllahumma ba’id baini wa baina khatayaya kama ba’adta bainal-mashriqi wal-maghrib;O Allah, distance me from my sins as You have distanced the east from the west;??Ya Allah, jauhkanlah antara aku dan kesalahan-kesalahanku sebagaimana Engkau jauhkan antara timur dan barat.

اللَّهُمَّ نَقِّنِي مِنْ خَطَايَاىَ كَالثَّوْبِ الأَبْيَضِ مِنَ الدَّنَسِAllahumma naqqini min khatayay kath-thawbil abyad minad- danas;O Allah purify me of my sins as a white garment is purified of dirt;??Ya Allah, bersihkanlah kesalahan-kesalahanku sebagaimana bersihnya kain putih dari noda.

اللَّهُمَّ اغْسِلْنِي مِنْ خَطَايَاىَ بِالْمَاءِ وَالثَّلْجِ وَالْبَرَدِ Allahummaghsilni min khatayaya bil-ma’i waththalji wal-baradO Allah, cleanse me of my sins with water and snow and hail??Ya Allah, bersihkanlah aku dari kesalahan-kesalahanku dengan air, es dan embun

❄️Dua for someone who provide you iftar feast❄️

Anas (May Allah be pleased with him) reported: The Prophet (ﷺ) came to visit Sa'd bin 'Ubadah (May Allah be pleased with him) who presented bread and olive oil to him. The Prophet (ﷺ) ate it and said, "The observers of fast have broken their fast with you :

أَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ وَأَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الأَبْرَارُ وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلاَئِكَةُAfṭara indakumuṣ-ṣā'imūn, wa akala ṭaāmakumu ‘l-'abrār, wa ṣallat `alaykumu ‘l-malā'ikah.'May Allah reward you for providing a fasting people with food to break their fast'); the pious people have eat your food and the angels invoked blessings on you."

Anas or someone else told that God's messenger asked permission to enter the house of Sa'd b. 'Ubada saying, "Peace and God's mercy be upon you," and Sa'd replied, "And upon you be peace and God's mercy," but did not speak loud enough for the Prophet to hear. He gave the salutation three times and Sa'd responded three times, but did not speak loud enough for him to hear, so the Prophet went away. Sa'd went after him and said, "Messenger of God, for whom I would give my father and mother as ransom, you did not give a salutation without my hearing it and responding to you, but I did not speak loud enough for you to hear because I wanted to receive many of your salutations and so receive great blessing." They then entered the house and he offered him raisins which God's prophet ate. Then when he finished he said,

أَكَلَ طَعَامَكُمُ الْأَبْرَارُ وَصَلَّتْ عَلَيْكُمُ الْمَلَائِكَةُ وَأَفْطَرَ عِنْدَكُمُ الصَّائِمُونَ"May the righteous eat your food, may the angels invoke blessings on you, and may those who have been fasting break their fast with you!"It is transmitted in Sharh as-sunna.
